Poor Baldo.  His pack of dogs at his home didn't like him and he lived out on the street fronting the home for a long, long time.  I guess he must have tried to get in and got beat up and this time his leg and neck were wounded terribly and it had become infected. It is time for Baldo to find a new loving family who will love him like he should be.  Like all dogs....he is very forgiving and loves humans.   show less

This poor dog was in horrible condition.  Very bad skin issues.  Found wandering a neighborhood.  Nine has since been taken to a veterinarian and getting treatment for his skin issues.   He will be on the road to recovery.   Large dog.   Bruce needs a dedicated owner who will continue to see him on his road to recovery.  He is already much better than these photos show.  Three of the photos are when he came in and three are NOW..... He looks like a dalmation spotted Pit.  :-) show less

Eden came into rescue and soon thereafter showed seizure activity.   After many weeks of gaining control of it, it seems that the seizure activity may be food related.   She is in foster in Kona.  If you are familiar with dogs who have diet restrictions or are prone to seizures and takes daily meds, please consider adopting Eden.  She is a great dog.   show less
