About Xclaim

I need a single family home with a fenced in yard! I can NOT go to a home in a city or county with pitbull restrictions!

"Goldie" is her nickname and she is a lover! She loves her humans as evidenced by all of the kisses she gives. She is working on not jumping up as she gets so excited. She knows sit, down, watch, crawl and go potty and go to bed. She is working on stay and sustaining attention. She is a big puppy and responding well to training. She likes to play with other dogs her size or smaller. She likes calm dogs as hyper ones scare her sometimes, so she should either be a single dog or in a home with a smaller (or her size)/calmer dog. "Goldie" (Xclaim) wants a family with a big back yard as she can play fetch for hours! She would love to go to a home with someone active who can take her on hikes. She loves her toys too! Apply today and setup a time to meet this sweet girl!

0820089 I need a single family home with a fenced in yard (6 ft) since I require lots of physical and mental stimuation! I am also heartworm positive. Heartworm is NOT contagious, though. The rescue covers the cost of treatment at the rescue's vet.  Alice is a sweet and Sassy dog!! She is a high energy dog as a Husky/Shepard mix. She is approximately 4 years old. She would do best in a home with other dogs with matching energy and if the adopter is a runner that would be a bonus! She needs a 6 ft fenced in yard since she can jump a 4 ft split rail fence. She loves to run at the dog park and play. She loves spending time in the backyard chasing other furry friends, rolling around on the ground, and playing tug of war or with other stuffed toys. Anyone considering Alice would have a loyal friend for life. She is kennel trained. She does live in a home with cats but would recommend supervised interactions. She is super curious but respectful. She has been around kids and does fine, but I believe  older kids would be better as she is still learning about body awareness.  She is an amazing babys sitter for other foster puppies who have come through the home!  She is very gentle when she plays with them.  She loves bones--soup bones, marrow bones, and bully sticks! She is also great on a leash. show less

1120010 I am heartworm positive. Heartworm is NOT contagious. The rescue covers the cost of treatment at the rescue's vet.  Bear is a sweet 6 year old collie mix who absolutely loves to be near his humans all day long. He is good at settling himself if you're in the room with him, but has anxiety when left alone so he is looking for a home that has somebody around the majority of the time. He enjoys snuggling in your lap if you're sitting or against your legs if you're standing. He likes to play with his toys and even throw them for himself, but thinks it's better when you throw it for him. We're still working on him not pulling on his leash on walks, especially when he sees another dog or small animal like bunnies. For that reason, we think Bear would do best in a home without a cat. Bear has some great household manners and is a quick learner. If asked he will sit or lay down until you call him to go through a doorway. Sometimes he gets a little excited and leaves the position a bit early, but he is always willing to try again. He will also sit to get his leash and harness on/off for walks. While we are trying to train him out of being on furniture, he would be thrilled if you ever allowed him on the couch to cuddle. We're also still teaching him that jumping up on people is not the best way to greet them. He has had no accidents inside and typically goes on two walks a day. He does fine in a crate if he can see you. If we leave the house, he barks, whines, and tries to break out of his crate. He has free reign of our bedroom at night and has been fine. Bear will make a very loving addition to the right home. show less

0520025 I need lots of physical and mental stimulation. I am suitable for single family homes with fenced in yards. Camella has a very sweet and gentle demeaner. She listed a 6 years old Doberman mix and is 65 lbs. She came to me with her 7 pups and she was such an amazing mama to her crazy high energy pack. She still acts like a mama to her baby and my foster fail Seven. She playful and so very patient. Even when my pup is trying to eat her food and jumping/sitting on her. She loves to play in our backyard with my puppy and get real excited when she sees you pick up her leash or put on your shoes. She loves going for walks and cars rides to petsmart and is the best copilot on trips to Starbucks. She also really amazing towards kids. All the kids in the neighbor love her and she lights up whenever she sees a kiddo. She does need to be properly introduced to other dogs, she can be a little dog selective but we've been working on it. I really think she'd do well with another dog. she hasn't been introduced to cats but my mom has bearded dragons and she's great with them. Camella can be pretty shy and hesitant at first. She's come along way but she still learning how to trust. She's slowly coming out of her shell and still learning how to be a dog. She can be a little skittish with loud noises or anything she deems a threat.( such as bicycles or vacuum cleaners) She need someone who is patient and willing to work with her. She knows how to sit and is working on shake. She is potty trained. Dog doors are still scary but she lets you know when she has to go. She's never messed in the house. We also leave her free when we leave home. She can go into a kennel but get anxious. She does really well free roaming, usually lays on her pillow and sleeps. With that being said, She really is a big Luv! She can usually be found lounging on our couch taking naps. Gives you sass when you hog the covers. She loves peanut butter, bacon and getting her ears rubbed. She loves her toys and chew bones. She is a expert de-fluffier of stuffed dog toys. She enjoys the ones that you rip apart and have another toy in it. show less

I would do best in a single family home since I am pittie! I can NOT go to a home in a city or county that has pitbull restrictions! I am also heartworm positive. Heartworm is NOT contagious, though, and the rescue covers the cost of treatment at the rescue's vet.  Ellie spent a month training how to be a perfect girl, commands & tricks, meeting other dogs, etc! She needs a foster-to-adopt so she doesn’t forget her training and all the cool things she has learned! She will need continued training and support. Ellie is a sweet 7 year old pittie girl who has been looking for an adopter for over a year and I have no idea why! She is a very good gal and has completed a month long training program at CCI prison, so she knows a lot of tricks, walks great on a leash, is house trained, and does amazing outside the kennel on her own. At my house, Ellie loves sleeping on my bed or couch, cuddling, going on walks, and watching tv 😂 she gets along with my male dogs and actually loves to play, but being a bit older she doesn’t play for too long and doesn’t require much activity. Ellie will do any trick for a treat, especially a dental stick or bully stick. She loves nothing more that cuddling up next to me all day while I’m working.  Ellie really is a perfect gal for someone who is looking for a good and trained girl that doesn’t require much work or activity ❤️  *this is a foster-to-adopt to make sure Ellie is a great fit for your home! So please fill out a foster app first. Then down the line you can fill out the adoption app. show less
