He is a bashful boy who is looking for an adopter to help him build confidence and realize his full potential. It takes Bailey a little while to warm up, but then he loves you. He likes playing with other dogs and enjoys being outside, basking in the sun. A home with other dogs is a must for Bailey, to help him feel secure. Bailey is not especially food motivated, but he likes cheese!  This boy will require an adopter who is committed to careful meetings. Due to his shyness, he will need to meet a couple of times prior to being adopted and moving into a new home. Bailey will also require a home with a physical fence. She is living in a foster home with another female dog and cats. Belle can be a bit shy when meeting new people this may explain why she is a cuddler extraordinaire! There is one thing Belle likes as much as hugs - toys! She loves toys. She loves to chase a toy or ball but has not quite mastered the ‘return’ of fetch yet. So cute! Belle loves to be outside and go for car rides. She walks well on a leash and enjoys greeting people in her neighborhood, though she is still very shy when initially meeting them. Belle loves walking in the woods and her confidence has been building while in her foster home.  Belle has recently learned to use stairs and the awesomeness of a bed.  She loves fruits and veggies: Broccoli and carrots are her favorites. When she is excited about something (walks, food, etc.) she gets chatty but she is typically a quiet girl. She is a low maintenance, easy gal. CRICKET is currently in a foster home, where she is learning about housetraining, treats, and toys. She knew none of those before. She was initially slow to interact, but she has learned the comfort of a rub behind the ears. Noises still make her uneasy, but her foster is exposing her to routine sounds like TV, in fact, she likes to watch basketball! CRICKET prefers to eat by herself, and a quiet home with no small (under 12 years) children would be her preference. She is warming up to women, but still reluctant with men.
