About Michaela

Michaela and her 3 siblings were surrendered to the local County shelter by their owner who couldn’t care for them. When they arrived they were extremely fearful. They barked and were unapproachable. We decided to bring them out to socialize with the staff in the front and away from the noise of the back. We learned immediately how sweet and loving they truly are! They will bark when meeting new animals or people at times, but that will get better with more and more socialization and confidence. After they’ve had their initial barks and sniffs, they are great with everyone. Michaela is not currently potty trained, and will excite-a-pee when she greets people. That too will ease when she is more confident in her surroundings. She is learning how to play with toys, accept affection, and just be a dog in general! Michaela is a 13 lb, female dachshund mix, up to date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. She is in Tennessee right now but no worries because we transport using only the best; Rescue Riders Pet Transport. The most animal-friendly transport on the road.

Welcome Cooper to our rescue... Cooper is a very distinguished handsome coonhound mix livin it up to a Tennessee hound as he was a stray here in Morrison, TN. Cooper went up to a very kind family home and stayed there and now they are helping Cooper get a furever home through us and we would love Cooper to have his very own family & peeps and appreciate what a kindhearted soul Cooper is & welcome Cooper home. Cooper is two years old, male, 50 pounds tri-colored mix, medium size baby, pretty mellow, great house manners, housebroken, crate trained, good with other dogs we don't know about cats as the home he is at doesn't have cats but he seemed ok at the vet around their cats but wouldn't say for sure either way. Good with kids, very loving, super friendly and extremely sweet!! Loves to play with his foster family's dogs. Cooper will make a wonderful family pet and is smart and easy to train. Cooper is a sweet boy, has had all vaccinations(rabies, parvo/dhlpc combo, bordetella), neutered, hw negative, on monthly heartworm prevention and flea and tick meds and is ready to roll out to his new family! Cooper has a microchip that will need transferred to your name once he is adopted and in your home. Our adoption fee includes the $175.00 transport fee with Rescue Riders Transport and the $25.00 health certificate needed for him coming up to you!
