About MACY

Hi there, I`m Macy! Don`t I have such pretty markings with my gray and white fur?? And check out my gorgeous eyes - quite hypnotizing! But there`s more to me than just my looks, I`m also a very sweet and mellow feline who enjoys being pet and adores her humans. If you`re looking for a sidekick who will comfort you and bond with you, look no further because here I am! Due to COVID-19, SVACA is adopting animals through a virtual and contactless process. Potential adopters will first view adoptable animals on https://www.svaca.com/adoption and if interested in any, complete a dog adoption survey, cat adoption survey or other animal survey located on the page and submit it to staff@svaca.com. Please note that some pet adoption sites are not regularly updating their pages but our page is accurate. If no animals are listed, then we do not have any available. The demand for shelter animals has been extreme and we are unable to respond to all inquiries. We will contact as many as possible to review the process as long as animals are available. Thank you for your understanding and for your interest in adopting a shelter companion.

Greetings to you, ladies and gents, my name is Birdie! I`m quite the small gal at just under six pounds but my heart is huge and I really enjoy the companionship of my human friends! Though the shelter doesn`t know my back story, it is clear that I had it rough in the recent past; I came to them missing quite a bit of fur, very overgrown nails, and in need of some TLC. But not to worry, I`ve been getting lots of TLC and some medication so I`m improving every day! None of that has gotten in the way of me showing my excitement and joy when I get pets or sit in someone`s lap giving kisses, so if you`d like to give this gal a second chance, please ask about Birdie today! Greetings everybody, I`m Sandy...or Sandra Dee if you prefer! Like Sandy, I have dance moves; some are beyond my control, especially when I`m excited to see you! I am what you`d call a special needs gal. I have a few quirks that will require some medical attention. I was diagnosed with a heart murmer but that doesn`t stop me from being a very affectionate, energetic, and fun little girl! I very much look forward to finding that one very special forever family who will take this journey with me, quirks and all because I`m definitely worth it. If you think we might be lifetime companions, I`d love to hear from you!Due to COVID-19, SVACA is adopting animals through a virtual and contactless process.
