About Roxie & Yue (pair)

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. There's no way around it - Roxie (tortie tabby, born in May 2020) is not quite sure about humans yet.  She came to her foster as a formal feral cat who had never experienced a warm cozy bed or yummy food, and she's still getting used to living the life of luxury indoors.  She's extremely well behaved - a purrfect lady, if you will. But she's very shy - she doesn't bite, she doesn't hiss, she doesn't scratch or claw or anything.  She just prefers the company of other cats to humans.  Seriously - she has no sense of personal space, and will gladly squish into a too-small space with a kitty friend. Yue (Yoo-aye, grey and white, born in September 2020) came to join Roxie, after Roxie's siblings were all adopted before her.  You could say that Yue is Roxie's foster kitten! She is a spunky spitfire, the most loving and needy cat her fosters have ever encountered.  She is the perfect antithesis of Roxie. Yue wants to be near humans all the time, every second of every day, no matter what you're doing.  She doesn't care.  She wants your attention. Are you in the shower? Doesn't matter, she'll stick her paws under the door.  Are you working? Doesn't matter, she'll sit on your laptop.  She is an incessantly needy, lovey, cuddly wuddly little princess. We guess opposites really do attract, and these two opposites make quite a pair. We think Yue is a good influence on Roxie and is helping her learn how to trust people. Important: We're a small (but mighty!) volunteer-run organization. To be considered for one of our adoptable animals, you must first submit an application at stfrancisanimal.org. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we can't guarantee we'll respond to each one.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
