Sweet Abby is a very small lab mix, her pictures are deceiving! Abby recently joined us and likely didn't receive the care she needed. She had some hind end weakness and needed a dental. She is steadily gaining weight and strength in her rear legs and just had a dental done too! Abby is good with everyone but she enjoys a quiet and calm lifestyle. We think she'd do best in a home with no small kids and a place where she has easy access in and out. show less

Fiona was found wandering the Salton Sea desert and looked as if she had been out there quite awhile. She is about 9 years young and a fairly inactive dog, though she does get the occasional burst of energy. She loves to sit on/next to her chosen person and just snuggle up. She's a wonderful companion and would be an amazing dog for someone with a calm home who's looking for a lap dog.Fiona is microchipped, has had labwork and a dental. On occasion she will cough from over activity due to her trachea changing with age, the vet has checked it out thoroughly and has recommended limited walks and zoomie sessions. She even tested negative for heart worm and is in great shape for a little old lady! Fiona prefers walking in quiet areas away from the noise of the city streets. Walks are not a necessity for her, she'd do just fine with just a yard. Fiona is good with other animals, both cats and dogs, but sometimes shows her inner Chi when she wants her space. She is gentle with children but prefers a quieter, calmer home. She would do fine with respectful teenagers or an adult only home. Fiona is potty trained and good about going outside, even pawing at the door to let us know it's time. She is naughty sometimes about stealing food if she thinks she can get away with it. If a plate or just food in general is left unattended within her reach (her reach includes on the table or a tv tray), she will definitely go for it. Can't blame her, she has had to survive so if she feels that good food is sitting too long and going to waste she claims it! Fill out an app to learn more about little Fiona! show less

He recently had labwork done and is scheduled for a dental. He is the cutest little old man, he likes to follow you around and if you run around the house or yard he will bunny hop after you. Hello my name is Rain! I'm a 3 year old Rottweiler. I love to get to know other dogs, I'm a little nervous at first but once I meet them. I love them. My foster moms calls me a large lap dog. I love attention and being the queen I am I beckon for it. My favorite hobbies include playing with any toy and shoving it in my foster dog sisters face to pull on it with me, mouse hunting outside, sun bathing and cuddling. I'm a little too much for a cat so I'm recommended for a home without a kitty cat. I do have hip dysplasia so keeping me active on a routine and a anti inflammatory regimen is what I need. The vet says I don't need surgery. show less

Sophia is a highly intelligent, active senior-in-training. She loves other dogs, big and small, and would do well in a home with at least one other active dog that she can play with. She loves to hike and she dances when she is excited. She has not been officially cat-tested, but her first known encounter went well. She is very interested in other wild critters who may wander or fly in the neighborhood, though. She is a sweet, gentle, and loving dog who bonds easily with humans. She was recently spayed and had a dental, so she is ready to shine brightly in her forever home. show less
