About Maverick in Lampasas

âOh Maverick!!! You are so handsome! We will find a perfect home for you!!!â This boy is only one and a half years old. All his vet work is done and he is extremely healthy. We want to adopt him to someone with JRT experience. If you have never had a Jack Russell and are unaware of the extremely energetic and inquisitive personality, you will not be the right home for him. Maverick is going to need a home with no kiddos, no cats or small critters and no other dogs. This athletic boy needs a securely fenced yard. No chain-link. No wrought iron. No electronic fencing. Please donât apply if you cannot meet the fence requirements. He needs an owner who is home at least part of the day. He is young and needs attention. He will not be happy by himself all day. If you are interested in adopting Maverick, you will need a good vet reference and be comfortable with someone visiting your home. You must complete an adoption application in order to adopt one of our Russell Rescue, Inc. Jack Russells. All applicants are thoroughly screened and must meet certain qualifications before adopting a terrier from Russell Rescue, Inc. All of our rescue dogs are fully vetted and spayed or neutered.
