Bruce! This fun young boy can't wait to find a place to call home! Bruce is an active dog that loves to play -- he has been very friendly with staff, but is shy upon first greeting. Once he warms up to you, he's ready to PARTY! He loves to seek attention from his human friends! He can be jumpy and playfully mouthy, so a home with older children would be best to fit his active energy. Dolly and her sisters Jolene and Fancy are some very shy ladies, and Dolly is the most shy of all - but that doesn't mean she's not worth the effort! Dolly likes to hang out in her favorite box inside her suite most of the time, and seems to only come out when she's following the lead of one of her sisters, so we think she'd be happiest in a home with another, bolder kitty who could help her come out of her shell. She's likely to take a lot of time to settle in and become comfortable in her new home, but she's a sweet girl who just needs some help, love and care to get over her fears, and we know she'll be worth it! show less

Freddy is our special guy! He's been with us since he was only a few months old, and while the rest of his litter warmed up to people quickly, Freddy never quite did. He loves other cats - watching him groom his suitemates is the cutest thing ever! - and can coexist with people very peacefully, as long as no one tries to touch him. He's a special case, but he's been dependent on people since he was very young, so he's not quite capable of taking care of himself out in the world on his own! He's made a lot of progress from the terrified kitten who hid in the back of his kennel to the curious boy we know today, and we can't wait to see how far he'll come over time. We're committed to finding just the right place for him - we're awfully fond of our handsome boy! show less

Our sweet Jolene is extremely shy, but slowly coming out of her shell! Now that she's sharing one of our Meow Motel suites with her sisters Dolly and Fancy, she's been exploring her new surroundings little by little. She's still very fearful of people, but if you take the time to coax and reassure her, she'll curl up in your lap for pets! She's likely to take quite a bit of time to adjust to her new home, but she just needs someone patient who will love and care for her enough to help her become the amazing kitty we know she can be! show less

Strudel is SO MUCH FUN! This silly boy loves to play, go on walks, and snuggle his favorite humans. Although a little shy at first, he quickly warms up and gives you ALL of his attention! Strudel has not displayed any signs of separation anxiety or destruction when left alone, and seems to be potty trained. He wants to be your one and only, so he'll need a home with no other pets, please! He would benefit from a home with older or no children, basic obedience training and a family that's ready to provide as much love as Strudel can give! THUNDERBIRD! This fun boy might've had a rough past -- he was brought to MCACC as an incredibly skinny stray, and was a little nervous with new people. He warmed up to familiar humans quickly, and once he gained some weight his personality really blossomed. He was brought to Heidi's Village to wait for his family in a calmer environment, and now he's a staff favorite! This little guy is affectionate and playful, loves his walks, and LOVES his humans! He can be energetic and jump for attention, so we recommend a family with older children 10-12+. Thunderbird has also done well meeting other dogs -- not overly playful, but social nonetheless. Now that all her babies have been adopted, this mama is ready to live a life of leisure. Tinsel is a lady who knows just what she wants: sometimes she wants loving and petting, and sometimes she doesn't - but doesn't that just make it more special when she does?
