All of our foster dogs are kept in individual homes. Go to our website Bayareasiberian.org to get the foster home contact if you do not see it in the bio.Meet Blu! He came to BASH after seriously injuring his leg. He is on the mend, though, and is an active young boy looking for a family to love him. He does have some separation issues, so would do best in a home with another active dog where he can have a companion to play with. He is potty trained, but due to his young age, doesn't give a lot of time to let you know he needs out. He still gets excited on the leash and will pull, but is getting better; and he will need some more training as he goes on. He does well at sitting for treats. Due to the continuing treatment for his leg, we can accept inquiries, but he probably won't be available to a new home till the end of January. He had just recovered from his double eye surgery and is ready to find his forever home. He had entropion surgery which is when the eye lashes turn inward. Previous owners did nothing about it and it is painful to the animal. He is just a doll, loves to just chill with his family and don’t mind skipping his walks for belly rubs and TV time. Clover was never properly cared for in his previous life and needs someone patient that understands that he has some training to do.Go to BAYAREASIBERIAN.org for contact information on the foster dog. show less

She likes to lay in the sun in our backyard with the family nearby. She checks in on her people every now and again by coming up to them and giving them kisses. She is generally gentle and calm but can get excited when there is a commotion or new people over. Hiro is food-motivated, smart, and learns quickly. Hiro has not lived with any cats, but she has a high prey drive and the tendency to chase after squirrels and cats. She is very dog-social and plays with dogs all day at daycare, so I imagine she would enjoy having a doggie playmate at home. Hiro knows basic obedience and heels decently unless she sees a squirrel and cat then she will try to chase. Some of the commands she knows include: Hiro (directs her to look at you), sit, down, wait, come, leave it, place, go to bed, paw, nudge, grab, and middle. She also knows DPT (cue: ‘Pressure’) and disruptions for skin-picking. While she does know all these commands, she only listens to people she cares about. After she builds a relationship with you, she will want to listen and perform. Therefore, a home with someone who enjoys training or is willing to continue training would be a good match for Hiro.Go to BAYAREASIBERIAN.org for contact information on the foster dog. show less
