About Hiro

All of our foster dogs are kept in individual homes.  Go to our website Bayareasiberian.org to get the foster home contact if you do not see it in the bio.Hiro is an affectionate yet independent dog. She likes to lay in the sun in our backyard with the family nearby. She checks in on her people every now and again by coming up to them and giving them kisses. She is generally gentle and calm but can get excited when there is a commotion or new people over. Hiro is food-motivated, smart, and learns quickly. Hiro has not lived with any cats, but she has a high prey drive and the tendency to chase after squirrels and cats. She is very dog-social and plays with dogs all day at daycare, so I imagine she would enjoy having a doggie playmate at home. Hiro knows basic obedience and heels decently unless she sees a squirrel and cat then she will try to chase. Some of the commands she knows include: Hiro (directs her to look at you), sit, down, wait, come, leave it, place, go to bed, paw, nudge, grab, and middle. She also knows DPT (cue: ‘Pressure’) and disruptions for skin-picking. While she does know all these commands, she only listens to people she cares about. After she builds a relationship with you, she will want to listen and perform. Therefore, a home with someone who enjoys training or is willing to continue training would be a good match for Hiro.Go to BAYAREASIBERIAN.org for contact information on the foster dog.

Banksy is a 15 months old, 54lb, handsome male Husky. He is tall, lanky, curious, goofy, happy, affectionate guy who loves people and dogs alike. He has lots of love and cuddles and kisses to give. He is a young buck and love to learn new things. He pick up tricks & behaviors fast especially when hotdogs and cheese are involved! He is medium energy in the house when he gets couple good walks a day and some play time with dog mates. He is good on leash. He plays well with the other dogs in the house and would love to have a home with another young, playful dog to keep him company and show him the ropes. Banksy can fetch, but his favorite thing is to be with his people. Banksy is great lap dog by the way. He loves to just site right down on you or next to you any chance he gets.
