This adorable little character is Beezly.  He is 10 years old and weighs around 12 pounds.  Beezly is a really nice little guy.  He knows come and sit, likes to go in his crate during the day to take naps, loves riding in the car, goes to the door when it’s time to potty, and his favorite game is fetch.  On his walks he likes to smell everything and wags his tail to everyone who says hi to him.  He is good with other dogs and loves people. Buddy is a cuddle bug who likes to follow you and stand right behind your heel. He makes cute old man grumble noises, especially when you pick him up. He is 12 years old, 13” tall and weighs 17 pounds. We think Buddy would love a human (or family) that just wants a sweet dog to cuddle with. He loves being petted and going for short walks. He seems to enjoy treat training and could benefit from some more obedience skills. He could live with another dog, as long as it is calm and gentle (or can read when to give Buddy space). The best home for Buddy is a quiet home. He will not do well being left home alone often or crated during the day.  He has spent his life living in a backyard and is slowly coming out of his shell.  He will need his family to help him continue to grow and adjust to his new life. Butter is an adorable pup who has been raised on a farm with horses, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, cats, a parrot and a 7 year old child.  Butter will be 4 months old February 7th. Captain Jack is the handsomest boy at 6 years old, 26 pounds and is 18” tall.  He is looking for that special person who will love him for his high energy, terrier personality, and his hearing disability.  He will need activity on a regular schedule and a home who knows the breed.  He is a working terrier. Jack is a high energy boy who will play ball with his person till the cows come home, or his human gets tired of playing ball – whichever comes first!  He is house trained, crate trained, rides well in the car on short trips, but really likes to stay home with his person.  This little guy has a big heart, tons of love and is a very sweet boy for the terrier lover.  Jack hears sharp sounds, familiar sounds and squeaky toys, but his hearing is very limited.  He knows hand signals – sit, come, down, and no. Jacks needs someone who can focus on his needs so he doesn’t just bark.  He does bark a lot.  And he needs someone who will accept him as an active, hard of hearing dog.  He’s not good at a dog park, not good around cats and will not do well in an apartment. Charlie is such a sweet, handsome boy at 14 years young.  For his age he’s very healthy and active.  We’re looking for an adult home for him where he will be loved and enjoyed because he is a winner! This little guy is Jack Russell smart!  He will figure out where the dog treats are kept and can open a kitchen cabinet if it's not secured and he knows sit and stay.  He is house-trained and will generally let you know he needs to go potty by barking in front of the door.  He’s not destructive when left alone and pretty much is an all around good guy! This handsome guy is Cooper.  He has found himself, at 11 years old, needing to find a new loving home.  He has so much love to give, is a cuddler and loves people.  He is 13” tall and weighs 20 pounds. Cooper has been obedience and agility trained.  He will shake, roll over, and enjoys running on the treadmill with his person.  He is very social, is house trained, crate trained, and is good when left all day alone with a doggy door.  Without a doggy door, he will go to the door and pace to get out to go potty. Cooper will fit in most any family who loves the Jack Russell breed, will let him love them and make sure he is part of everyone’s everyday life.  An adult home or a home with older children works for him, and he gets along with other dogs.  Cooper has so many good things it’s hard to list them all.  Bad thing – NO CATS.  He will harm or kill them, but then again he’s all Jack Russell with a strong prey drive. Sweet Dolly is waiting for her forever family.  She is about 12 years old, 14 pounds and 10 inches tall.  Dolly is house trained, loves treats, and gets really excited when her foster family comes home from work.  She loves long walks, soft beds and cuddling on laps.  Dolly loves other dogs and would probably be fine with cats. This little lady’s hearing and sight aren’t what they used to be, but she gets along just great.  She’s a happy girl who will bring all her love and affection to her new family.  She is microchipped and has just had a dental.
