About Jefe

Meet Jefe! If you think your home is a good match for him, please complete our virtual adoption questionnaire by coping and pasting this link (https://forms.gle/Z32CfbdFWHQavseq8) into your search engine and a member of our adoption team will follow-up with you regarding next steps. Please note our adoptions are first come, first served. Unfortunately no animal will be placed on hold or reserved till a thorough consultation has been completed. Please meet Jefe! Jefe is a super sweet fellow who enjoys attention, tasty treats and just hanging out with his favorite peeps! Jefe enjoys pets and love, and don't be surprised if he rolls over so that you can give him a nice, long belly rub! Jefe enjoys tossing around fun toys and is a great guy to have around. Jefe has been a bit hesitant walking around the shelter and will put on the brakes if he's unsure where he's going, but give him a little encouragement and he comes around. Jefe does tend to want to hang onto the leash, but can be easily distracted with a tasty treat. Due to a conflict with another large dog in his previous home, Jefe would likely do best as the only pet in the household. Jefe has easily become a staff and volunteer favorite -- with his winning smile and goofy personality, Jefe is so very easy to love! If interested in this nice fellow, please fill out an online application today!

Allen came to The Anti-Cruelty Society after a sanitation worker found him in the garbage. The worker gave Allen to a concerned neighbor, who brought him to us for care. Allen is a sweet, friendly kitten who has been socialized to people and other cats. Now he's ready to find his loving, forever home.It is hard to resist the cuteness level of a kitten. If you think you are ready to add a new kitten to your family, remember a few things: kittens have lots of energy, and want to play, wrestle, climb, and explore all day long. Kittens thrive on having another cat or kitten to keep them entertained, as they can get lonely when their favorite people are away from the house. Kittens have not yet learned manners, so they will need someone to teach them important skills like how to use a scratching post, and that curtain climbing will probably not be allowed in their new home. If you think your home is a good match for this cat, please complete our virtual adoption questionnaire by copying and pasting this link (https://forms.gle/Vy7nbfQQ5e5ev1Nh9) into your search engine and a member of our adoption team will follow-up with you regarding next steps. Note that adoptions are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will be updating this page with more information as soon as possible. show less
