Chester was found as a stray. He had something tied so tightly around his muzzle; causing damage and infection and causing Chester to starve. He is doing so much better now but will always have a scar/story to tell! Despite being hurt by humans, Chester is a sweet boy and loves affection. He also really likes other dogs and LOVES toys!
