Chiquita- it's not just a clever name- I'm the tiniest of tiny! I'm also just super stinkin' adorable! I LOVE being on your lap and am the definition of a lap dog! I'd be PERFECT for the work-from-home or retired home as I simply just LOVE being by your side at all times! I might bark at other dogs if I'm crated or behind a gate but otherwise, I get along just fine with other dogs. I also don't pay any mind to cats as long as they don't pay mind to me. Looking for a tail-wagging good time? Look no further..Koa has arrived! This handsome boy is a ball of fun. As soon as he sees you, that tail whips back and forth and he bounds to you. Koa is a happy boy and has nothing but love to give. He loves to play with everyone he meets-dogs of all sizes, kids of all ages|he even tried to make the office cat his friend (unfortunately for him-the friendship did not work out as our office cat can be a bit grumpy). Koa is a young adult so he still has that puppy energy and will do best in a home where he will have a lot of stimulation. Whether that's through play time with toys, other dogs, the kiddos, or walks and runs through the neighborhood-he'll be one happy boy. Koa is house trained, walks well on a leash and crates well. Velcro dog!! This sums her up. Mrs. Toad is a WONDERFUL dog. She is your instant friend and thinks you are her superstar. Mrs. Toad originated from a local shelter with her four pups - all of which have been adopted. She is so much fun - jumping in her foster mom's car as soon as she sees her pull up in the driveway. She loves to go along for a ride to pick up carpool. She makes an excellent co-pilot and is very well behaved as she travels. Mrs. Toad is also a great walker - she doesn't weigh much so is easy to pick up and carry. She is also an athlete- yes all 15 lbs of her. She is oh so smart and can jump on pots to climb fences or has even been seen to climb ladders. These are tricks that most dogs will never master. She would make an incredible agility dog for those interested in this sort of thing or simply keep you on your toes. She takes long naps, isn't overly barky, is housebroken, does beautifully with other dogs, and is crate trained. She is very motivated by food. If her foster didn't already have a house full of dogs, she would keep her in a heartbeat- she is that great of a dog.
