Oh this little family has had the bad luck of getting sterilized and, right after, got a cold, and, after that, showed signs of ringworm, which means this little family was held back from adoption for a couple of months. They have been cleared since September and are now ready to go home! Hopefully, we can get them Home before the Holiday Season starts. 11/3: Foster Update... Pepper and Oregano's moms have this to say about them:Pepper:Pepper is a very friendly kitty and loves to meet and make new friends. He is food crazy and loves treats and wet food. He loves to cuddle and play with his brother, Oregano. Both his foster moms are working from home right now and he loves to curl up on our laps during work. He is a very curious kitty and is not shy to explore the space that he lives in. He loves trash, so it would be best practice to keep your trash in a place that he cannot get into. He is great at protecting his foster moms from bugs and other creepy crawlies too! He loves soft blankets and curling up in bed. Both Pepper and his brother are very sleepy during the day and very active at night. He loves to play tag and chase his brother around the house.  Oregano: Oregano is very shy and timid at first, but don’t let that first impression fool you! Once Oregano is accustomed to his surroundings and warms up to you, he is very friendly and cuddly. He will make an effort to make sure you know he is there and will swat at you or rub up against your leg until you pet him. He also loves curling up in your lap and purring. He loves to knead on soft blankets and is well known for his gentle love bites. Oregano loves to explore and can get almost anywhere, no matter how small the space or high up the shelf. Oregano’s favorite toy is a fluffy ball, he likes to run around with it in his mouth and play fetch. His favorite thing to do is curl up and cuddle with his foster mom at bedtime.    A heads up.... these kitties love to get into trash and have manners that can be improved regarding food! Their foster moms have had to start leaving them in their kennel or in another room when they are eating because they do not take no for an answer when it comes to human food! The two of them are eating and pooping normally and their fosters have cat proofed their apartment with these kitties because they like to get into everything. (which is normal for active, curious kittens and these two teens are still in the kitten stage, loving and enjoying play and life in general.      Please check out Rosemary's bio as well. These young teens who are all in the 6-7lb range and half way through being full grown are complete kittens, but sturdy kittens who aren't fragile age/size. They are great with other cats and dogs as well as people. They are all uper friendly and social with excellent litter box manners. They are healthy and ready to go home. We do allow foster to adopt trials for these guys as well. The best family for them will be one with another cat in the home or who will adopt then in pairs either with a sibling (the boys Oregano and Pepper are currently fostered together , but their sister can be adopted with one of the boys as well since they loved their sister. Sage can be a princess and tomboy girl as well; she is currently fostered along with Gala, another young tuxedo girl, or any other Arwob kitty. So, a home with a feline friend is a must. Dogs are a bonus as are children, but not needed :)  All 3 are very social with people, dogs and cats, everyone with their own quirky personalities too,  So, if you already have a cat at home looking for a friend we are pretty sure these kits will be well matched for any age feline. NOTE:  Aspen will be loosing her foster family as of 11/19/20 and will return to her boarding in Tijuana if we cannot find a foster, foster-to-adopt, or adoptive family. Sadly, she isn't the dog for everyone, as she will likely need an experienced dog owner.  Her adopter will need strong dog leadership skills and they must know how to be a good observer and handler.  Aspen is not an “off the leash at the dog park” kind of dog.  She is “dog selective,” which means she is not going to be friends with all dogs, but she is also not going to try to attack them while on leash, nor bark/lunge at them when she has a dog encounter while walking or hiking.  She ignores other dogs for the most part.  Aspen’s ideal home will likely be one who is looking for just one family dog and has no cats. She does love humans!!  Although she has met children on/off leash and has at times been sweet to them, a home without small children would likely be the best for her.  This ideal home can sometimes include playtime with some dogs she considers friends.  Providing dog training from the start would be perfect and her new foster or adopter will be able to talk with her current foster to see what type of training has already been done.  Medically, Aspen is super healthy!  Even though she may be 6 years old and is happy/content with being calm, she can also be pretty active/energetic and would make a great hiking buddy and enjoys long walks.  Her blood work is great and she recently had a dental treatment, including removing her canine teeth and several other teeth that were fractured from the time before she was rescued.
UPDATE 10-31- 20:  Here is what Aspen's foster family has to say about her:'Aspen seemed to have some anxiety when she first arrived at our home and would whine by the door or in her crate or pant a lot, but with a little love and affection she quickly adjusted and learned the rules fast. She responds very well to “no” and knows which areas she’s not allowed in. She did well with formal training and learned how to not pull on the leash and walk nicely by your side, but you will need to be consistent with it. Getting her to sit off leash with a verbal command is difficult as she is not food driven and will not sit for treats. She only sits when she is on leash by your side with a gentle reminder by pulling up on the leash. Sometimes I think she does not like to sit because of her hip (you will notice she sits off to one side). She enjoys eating leaves from the garden and human food (cooked veggies, rice, sweet potato) over dog food, I think because they’re soft and easier to chew. She eats hard dog food very slowly because she is missing several teeth, so maybe soft treats and soft food would be better for her. Aspen sleeps nicely in her crate every night and will go to her crate on her own throughout the day, however she will resist if she knows you are leaving. Sometimes she will run to a corner or under the bed if you tell her to go to her place, but this can easily be fixed with consistent training on leash (when her leash is on, she goes to her place on command). She is not super destructive but has lightly chewed on a few items that were in the yard (boxing glove and yoga mat), but they weren’t destroyed or anything (again, probably has to do with her missing some teeth). She also responds well to “no” if you see her try to grab something or if you correct her for trying to chew on something.Aspen is very independent and likes to explore outside. She has gotten under the house several times by moving a potted plant that was blocking the crawlspace, so make sure there are no holes because she will find it. Several times she has also bolted out of the door when we came home, but if you chase her and yell after her she immediately stops and rolls over on her back. Despite her being a little mischievous at times, she is the absolute sweetest. Even though she likes all people and gets along great with everyone, she has attached onto me and will follow me around everywhere. She likes to sleep under my side of the bed and it has become her spot whenever I’m in bed, or she wants to get away from everyone. She is dominant with other dogs, but lives with a male staffy rescue we brought home a couple weeks after getting Aspen. He is about 3 years old and a little shorter but stockier than her. He gets along with all dogs, has a very playful attitude and they are best buddies now, even sleeping with each other on occasion. When we brought him home we made sure to introduce them in a neutral area and crate rotate them for the first day. We also had a third dog we brought home that same night, a 1-year-old large pit mix with special needs that we temporarily watched for another rescue. It took her an extra day to warm up to him as he did not believe in personal space and would often times get too close to her where she would nip at him. But with constant monitoring and quick corrections if she was being mean, she eventually allowed him into the pack although she still kept her distance most of the time. Naturally, she would get jealous if I pet any of the other dogs and would come over and sit in front of me, so if there are other dogs in the house make sure to be as neutral as possible and share the love equally.Aspen has been great with all people and is extremely friendly with everyone who has come over to the house. However she did growl twice at children when she was crated and they were running by. I think those were isolated incidents because she was upset that she had to stay in the crate and the kids were playing and screaming. While I’m confident that she can be around children, I do see her being possibly too high-energy around smaller kids.Overall Aspen has been the perfect foster daughter. She even has a secret poop corner away from our nice garden and turf, which was nice and made it easy to pick up after her. Babs has been with her foster family for about a week and here is what they have to say about her:'Babs is amazing and will be a delight for the lucky person/people who gets to adopt her.  She is quiet, has a lovely purr and meows softly and rarely . She plays most of the day and she entertains herself well, but engages every chance she gets and, when she does, she is gentle and fun. She lets you pick her up and walk around with her, however, she is not much of a lap cat. She may grow into one as she ages. She lets you sleep at night which is a big plus! :) Babs is wonderful with children (mine are 11 and 13),but we are not sure about other animals. She likes to drink from the sink and seems to love water.  Priority will be given to adopters who have another cat living in the home. If you are considering adopting and do not already have another animal at home, please consider adopting another kitten, teen, or adult as well. Kittens are very cat oriented. As with all young kittens, Babs would be much too lonely without a companion when you are not home. This way they will have another kitty to play and cuddle up with when you are not with them, and, as an added bonus, they will double your pleasure and fun as well! UPDATE 1-17-21 : Betty was adopted in September 2020 and sadly, her family has relinquished her back to ARWOB.  This was not Betty's fault, as her adopter stated that the family realized they are not ready to have a dog.  They feel she would be better off with a family that can give her more attention and who has a bigger home with a yard.  Here is what they have to say about Betty: 'I cannot emphasize what a great pup she is. Overall she is house trained, but occasionally will chew on a sock, sandal or a cord (but the cord thing was our fault because we should have kept it out of reach).  She will use the pee pad when the family is home with her, but she will hold it when we leave her alone.  When she is home alone, she has access to the pee pad, but does not use it often.  The longest she has been home alone is 5 hours.  She sleeps at night in her crate without issue.  However, she naps in the day on my son's bed or sofa chair.  She just loves children and other dogs. She can sometimes be skittish around bigger dogs, but then she warms up after a while.  We have traveled (by car) outside of San Diego county and she does great in car rides. And I am impressed how she is not a barker. She will occasionally bark but it's never continuous.  We have taught her to 'sit' in Spanish and she will listen to 'stay' unless she gets really excited.  We have her on a regular walking schedule of 3-4 times a day so she gets her exercise.' ORIGNINAL RESCUE STORY : Betty is an adorable terrier mix, who was rescued off the streets of Tijuana in early July and is a great little pup! Betty will likely be full grown in the 20-25 pound range as a typical small breed mix.   Like all pups, she is very outgoing and will need an adopter who is willing to enroll her in dog training classes. She is already crate trained and is getting the hang of house training. She is not a very vocal small breed dog, which is great. She loves dogs, cats and kids. She is very sweet and a little nervous when first meeting new people, but quickly relaxes.  Betty is scheduled to be spayed on 9/4 in the San Diego area, and as such we prefer adopters who are local to San Diego, as it will be a requirement for her adopters to be able to drive Betty to and from her spay appointment. Betty is ready to go home as soon 8/1  The meet and greet will be scheduled in the 92117 area and we are accepting applications now. He enjoys his family time and focused attention with us, but also can play alone and entertain himself.  He is almost completely crate trained and getting closer to being house trained (he still has the occasional pee accident). He is learning to sit and give paw and enjoys playing fetch and playing with his toys. He is both food motivated and toy motivated, and of course motivated by love and affection. He is also now leash trained and enjoys going for walks, he also does well on car rides. He enjoys children and has done well with our 3 children ages 3, 5, and 7, as well as our cat, and the neighbors dog.'ORIGINAL RESCUE STORY: Coffee was found on the streets of Ensenada Mexico and we are still learning about his personality.  We will post more information about him as we learn more from his current foster family.  We do know he is a typical young pup with lots of energy, which is the case with most pups his age.  He is great with kids, dogs, and cats! Because of COVID-19, sterilization appointments have been difficult to schedule.  Coffee will both be sterilized on Thursday, January 28th in the 92109 area of San Diego. This means he can only be adopted to local families in the San Diego area to ensure they are able to take their newly adopted puppy to the pre-scheduled surgery appointment, and then pick him up at the end of the day after surgery. Therefore, please do NOT submit an application if you are not local to San Diego and able to attend the appointment shown above.  If you would like to adopt and live outside of San Diego area, you are welcome to wait until his sterilization surgery has been completed to see if he is still available at that time. Fargo is urgently looking for a foster or foster to adopt.  He is a young adult cat who was rescued from the streets and he arrived at a home porch one day. The people started to feed him daily so he kept coming back every day for food until one day they took him inside and realized he wasn't neutered or microchipped so they sought help in order to place this social cat into a home.  He has been an indoor cat since rescued and doing really well! He is ok with cats. Please review our Adoption Process before filling out an application.  If you would like to try a Foster to Adopt trial, please fill out an Adoption Application.  If you are only interested in temporarily Fostering one of our rescues, please fill out a Foster Application.   Lola is an adorable small GSD mix who was rescued in September 2019 from the streets of Tijuana, while tied to a post. Lola was fearful when she first arrived in a dog kennel for transport and was very scared.  She didn't hesitate to try to bite, so we did what we always do when we have a dog who is scared and can be a fear biter. We gave her space and she came out on her own to explore, and after a few minutes slowly adjusted and trusted a couple of selected volunteers. Lola was fostered in Mexico with her original rescuer for a long time until she was able to find a foster family who took her in on a foster-to-adopt trial.  They knew this girl would need dog training because of her uncertainty with some people and dogs. The couple that took her were first time dog owners in a condo setting, who would need to walk her daily. They did sign her up to dog training classes, but as time progressed Lola became protective of them and they were not the right family for her.  They were not able to control her on leash walks or when people would come to their home to visit. As a result, they only fostered her for 4-6 weeks. It has been about 6 months since that foster experience and for the past 4-6 months, she has been fostered in a home with a yard, one handler/foster, and several other cats and dogs. We can say this about Lola:1) Ideally she needs an experienced dog owner, who understands how to be the leader of the pack. Lola is a pretty great, easy dog, but NOT if she senses no leadership. 2) She is a young, healthy, and up-to-date on medical.  She is almost 2 years of age and about 40 pounds.3) She is crate trained, house trained, and rides well in the car. 4) DOG interaction:  Lola does well with all puppies and all male dogs. She does well with female dogs, BUT if they are females like her with a potential dominant/alpha personality, there could be issues.  In that case it may be a rough or slow introduction, instead of a “let's all be friends and play” type of interaction.  It could be more of a 'I will ignore you, but if you start something with me, I will also continue something.”  In that case, there will be just a few dogs that she will not get along with, but for the most part she does very well with most dogs.  If Lola is being naughty or planning on starting to be naughty, her handler/foster/owner will need to be observant during introductions so they can quickly stop things from escalating by verbally correcting her.  When she is corrected and told to stop, she will immediately listen and will go do something else.  This will only be for the first few hours of meeting another dog with a strong personality.  After a day or two of being around that type of dog, she will ignore/forget the personality differences they had with each other.  HOWEVER, when it comes to recourses like toys/treats, she can share when she is in the mood.  But she will sometimes refuse to share with any dog personality/age/breed when it comes to toys/treats, so she needs to be supervised and corrected before anything gets started. 5) Lola loves cats and cats seem to love her!  We mean INDOOR CATS, because she can have “prey drive” with birds, squirrels and cats in the yard.  This is not severe, but she can chase them, which can turn into something else.  A home with indoor/outdoor cats would NOT be well matched for this girl.  Lola has many indoor feline friends from ARWOB, from kittens to senior cats. If the cats ignore her she ignores them, if the kittens try to play with her she loves it. 6) Lola is not a big barker and stays home alone very well, although it’s best if she is not aware that you have left the house, so her not hearing the car coming and going would be best.  On a vocalization level, we would put Lola at 3 (with 10 being the highest).  She can whine when left home alone, if she sees you leaving her.  But if she is in her crate in the bedroom when you leave or in the yard for a short period of time, she could care less and does just fine.  She is not a barker when in the yard or inside the home, UNLESS someone she is not “feeling” approaches.  Sometimes people will walk their dogs near the front yard and she could care less about them.  Sometimes the UPS driver will make a delivery and she will ignore this.  But other times she will BARK and protect her property like any other BIG dog (i.e. German Shepherd protection).  She can be easily corrected if you are there to call her back, but this could mean she could be a liability if left unsupervised in an area where different people come and go.  Some people trigger her instinct to “protect her home.”7) Lola does well on leash walks for the most part, with minimal pulling and dog reactivity.  But on occasion, she will sometimes get on high alert and start pulling more than usual.  She is easily corrected when she starts pulling and/or barking.  This is where a knowledgeable adopter comes in and as long as they take the leader role and correct her when this happens, it can be corrected quickly.  Her handler will need to be aware of their surroundings when taking her on walks to make sure nothing is out of control, so she can be immediately corrected.8) Lola does not live with children now, but she did live with kids when she was in Baja, Mexico. She does see kids and has no problem with them. 9) Lola is an excellent exercise partner and a napping partner. She can do both like a pro! 10) An adopter for Lola will need to ENROLL her in dog training with a behaviorist for evaluation on DAY ONE before taking her home.  They will need to make sure she does not revert to her old behavior from when she lived with her foster family in Mexico (i.e. over protective and spoiled).  Behaviorists stress the importance of DAY ONE evaluation to get the family started on the right path.  If an adopter has a behaviorist/trainer that they have worked with or have experience, that is great.  However, we must stress that this needs to be BEHAVIOR training, not just general training commands like sit/stay/down.  We are in no rush to move Lola since she is EASY PEASY for her current foster mom and does not demand anything, nor get into trouble in her foster home.  Her foster mom finds she is an easy partner to have at home.11) We are ideally looking for a foster-to-adopt trial for Lola of approximately 2-4weeks, before we finalize her adoption.  We are happy to lend a crate, leash, etc. to get her started, but we will not cover the fees for dog training during the foster-to-adopt trial. The only thing we could approve is a weekend stay with Lola, so her potential adopter can get to know her a bit.  Then the potential adopter would be able to decide if the foster-to-adopt trial would be feasible and if paying for training services is something they are willing to do. Please review our Adoption Process before filling out an application.  If you would like to try a Foster to Adopt trial, please fill out an Adoption Application.  If you are only interested in temporarily Fostering one of our rescues, please fill out a Foster Application.   Meet Marley (fka Eddie)!Marley (fka Eddie) was adopted from ARWOB in October 2019.  Sadly he needs to be relinquished back to ARWOB.  We received detailed information from his previous adopter about some of his challenges and as such, we are looking for the RIGHT match for Marley.  Therefore, please read his biography thoroughly and if you believe he would be a good match, you are welcome to consider a foster-to-adopt trial before finalizing his adoption.NOTE:  We are looking for the right temporary foster home for him ASAP and would love to have him situated as soon as 1/20/21.  All foster supplies are provided by ARWOB.  His previous owner was not interested in crate training, but he was crate trained when in foster care with ARWOB in 2019.  We can provide his new foster family with a crate for him, but we do know he is house trained and does not necessarily need a crate.  It would be up to the new foster if they would like to use one. He was pulled from a high kill shelter in Ensenada just as he was ready to be euthanized.  He was fostered by his rescuer in Ensenada for a month.  She has 2 dogs his size and he did well with them.  She would also take him to work and he would hang out in her cubicle and he did great. He is not a big leash puller and tends to walk next to you. We do not know how he will be around with cats. He is a great dog and he has been learning to play fetch with a tennis ball and frisbee. Please review our Adoption Process before filling out an application.  If you would like to try a Foster to Adopt trial, please fill out an Adoption Application.  If you are only interested in temporarily Fostering one of our rescues, please fill out a Foster Application.   UPDATE 9-16-20:At this time we can only assume Matty has some serious trust issues towards humans and this is why he would not allow anyone to touch him on the day of his rescue.  Consequently, every time he goes through a change (i.e. meeting new people or changing his foster home), he becomes protective and weary of the situation.  This brings out his fearful reaction, which means he can be a “fear biter.”  He arrived in his new San Diego foster home and it was hard to get him out of his crate.  He was growling and trying to bite.  Thankfully his foster is experienced in dog handling and in reading dog behavior.  His crate is his “protective area” where he feels safe from change, but his experienced foster was able to remove him safely.  It took about an hour before his foster could safely touch him.  After an easy going, slow introduction, he started to trust her and within minutes enjoyed and sought attention to be petted.  We can tell he enjoys being loved on, but will have a hard time with new things, probably for awhile.The best home for Matty would be: Experienced dog owner — Matty will NOT be a good pup for a first-time dog owner NO children — especially under the age of 14 Either no other dogs, or a home with dog(s) that do not come on too strong — Matty gets annoyed by pups that want to get in his face to play, so he would be happy as the only dog or if his dog sibling(s) are mellow Available crate for Matty to relax in — he seems to be very fond of his crate, which is a good thing Matty has an appointment to be neutered on Tuesday, 9/22.  He should go into a foster-to-adopt home for 2 weeks and his foster/potential adopter needs to be aware for the potential for nipping, although he has not done so with his current foster.  Please do not apply if the description above does not apply to you.ORIGINAL RESCUE STORY:Meet Matty! This handsome little guy was found wandering in the streets of Tijuana, scared to death and running in between traffic. He was extremely matted and hence his hair had to go.  We think Matty is a young adult between 1-2 years old and is currently under 15 pounds.  He is likely a Poodle/Bichon/Maltese mix. Matty can be very shy and weary of humans and it takes him time to allow people to touch him.  In fact, it took several people to corner him in the streets of Tijuana in order to rescue and help him.  Once he was initially in their care, he stayed at arms length.  However, after a few days he learned to trust people and enjoys jumping on the lap of the person he trusts. He is very dog friendly and we think he will likely be good around cats too.  Because of his weariness, we do not know how he will do around young children, as he may be scared and uncomfortable with fast movements. Matty is now in San Diego and we will update his biography as soon as we get to learn more about him. Oh this little family has had the bad luck of getting sterilized and, right after, got a cold, and, after that, showed signs of ringworm, which means this little family was held back from adoption for a couple of months. They have been cleared since September and are now ready to go home! Hopefully, we can get them Home before the Holiday Season starts. 11/3: Foster Update... Pepper and Oregano's moms have this to say about them:Pepper:Pepper is a very friendly kitty and loves to meet and make new friends. He is food crazy and loves treats and wet food. He loves to cuddle and play with his brother, Oregano. Both his foster moms are working from home right now and he loves to curl up on our laps during work. He is a very curious kitty and is not shy to explore the space that he lives in. He loves trash, so it would be best practice to keep your trash in a place that he cannot get into. He is great at protecting his foster moms from bugs and other creepy crawlies too! He loves soft blankets and curling up in bed. Both Pepper and his brother are very sleepy during the day and very active at night. He loves to play tag and chase his brother around the house.  Oregano: Oregano is very shy and timid at first, but don’t let that first impression fool you! Once Oregano is accustomed to his surroundings and warms up to you, he is very friendly and cuddly. He will make an effort to make sure you know he is there and will swat at you or rub up against your leg until you pet him. He also loves curling up in your lap and purring. He loves to knead on soft blankets and is well known for his gentle love bites. Oregano loves to explore and can get almost anywhere, no matter how small the space or high up the shelf. Oregano’s favorite toy is a fluffy ball, he likes to run around with it in his mouth and play fetch. His favorite thing to do is curl up and cuddle with his foster mom at bedtime.    A heads up.... these kitties love to get into trash and have manners that can be improved regarding food! Their foster moms have had to start leaving them in their kennel or in another room when they are eating because they do not take no for an answer when it comes to human food! The two of them are eating and pooping normally and their fosters have cat proofed their apartment with these kitties because they like to get into everything. (which is normal for active, curious kittens and these two teens are still in the kitten stage, loving and enjoying play and life in general.      Please check out Rosemary's bio as well. These young teens who are all in the 6-7lb range and half way through being full grown are complete kittens, but sturdy kittens who aren't fragile age/size. They are great with other cats and dogs as well as people. They are all uper friendly and social with excellent litter box manners. They are healthy and ready to go home. We do allow foster to adopt trials for these guys as well. The best family for them will be one with another cat in the home or who will adopt then in pairs either with a sibling (the boys Oregano and Pepper are currently fostered together , but their sister can be adopted with one of the boys as well since they loved their sister. Sage can be a princess and tomboy girl as well; she is currently fostered along with Gala, another young tuxedo girl, or any other Arwob kitty. So, a home with a feline friend is a must. Dogs are a bonus as are children, but not needed :)  All 3 are very social with people, dogs and cats, everyone with their own quirky personalities too,  So, if you already have a cat at home looking for a friend we are pretty sure these kits will be well matched for any age feline. These babies are approximately 6 months old and they were bottled fed kittens when they were found in the summer of 2019 in a bike shop.  Pooh bear and Tigger are brothers and they love each other, but don't have to be adopted together. They can be adopted as a pair or adopted into s home with another cat or cat friendly dog. They both LOVE dogs, cats and children.Excellent litter box users, clean boys.They are healthy and ARE FIV positive kitties. Read the handouts next to their kennel to know about this. Pooh bear is a mamas' boy and always like to find his foster to cuddle at night, Loves toys, loves to play and snuggle with dogs, and any other adult or senior cat. Her primary foster had 4 cats and Rainbow Dash did not chase them, but she “eye balled them.” For this reason, she would be better in a home with no “pocket pets” (e.g. rabbits, Guinea pigs, birds).  She would likely be okay with a savvy indoor kitty, who does not go outside and is supervised while in the home.  But to be on the safe side, it might be best if she were to be adopted into a home that does not have kitties.ORIGINAL RESCUE STORY:Rainbow Dash was rescued from the streets of Ensenada Mexico, along with two puppies that we have named Apple Jax and Pinkie Pie.  We are 99% certain that Apple Jax is the biological son of Rainbow Dash.  We believe that Pinkie Pie is her 'adopted daughter' who just happened to be with her and AJ when they were rescued.  She is obviously a really great mama dog to have kept her son and adoptive daughter safe while living on the streets!   We are still learning about her and will post more when we get information from her foster family.  We do know she is good with other dogs.  However, she has not been tested with cats, so we do not know how she might be around them.Rainbow Dash is already spayed and ready to be adopted immediately.  If you would like to adopt this amazing mama dog, please submit an online adoption application at www.arwob.org.  Don't wait!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you would like to meet one of our animals, PLEASE fill out an adoption application.
