Meet Archie! This guy's big head is only matched by his giant heart - he's a serious love bug. Archie loves to cuddle and be by your side whenever possible. Don't let his muscular stature fool you, he's really a big softy. Archie is a smart boy who mastered "sit in a single session, and is now working on "stay and "down, which he'll perfect in no time. Archie loves to give kisses and is an affectionate pup. Archie would do best with someone who's willing to hang out on the couch and knock out a season or two of Game of Thrones on a weekend, with some nice long walks mixed in This pet is available for pre-adoption and may not be officially ready for adoption, as it is still undergoing medical treatment. Say hello to Astro! This silly boy is just shy of a year old and has a happy puppy disposition. He's currently living with a loving foster family and learning lots of good-boy skills until his perfect family finds him. Astro is crate-trained and learning plenty of commands...he likes learning and is eager to please! He's house-trained, too, but still needs to be let out a couple of times per day. Astro has that irresistible puppy energy, so he loves to bounce and play with whomever will take him up on it. And when it's time to rest, he enjoys a good, long snooze on the couch next to his people. The ideal home for Astro is one where his people can continue his training and give him lots of attention and love. He's a happy, bouncy pup, so small children would need to be careful around him. He also likes other dogs, so a home with animal friends would be great, too! Astro deserves the perfect forever home. Could that be with you? Apply to adopt Astro today! Meet BB, the most resilient and happy dog you will ever meet. Her heart warms up to every human and dog instantly and she just loves hearing her name. Her tail will wag the second she hears your voice and will come to you and stay by your side. She loves getting pets, cuddles, and attention so much so, that her eyes will close in absolute bliss when you pet and cuddle her. She loves putting her head on your leg or chest just to be near you. You can truly feel the love and appreciation she has to give every day. BB needs a home that has calm animals since she is partially blind. She needs someone who will be dedicated to her health improvement, which includes a strict diet, and a little bit of exercise. She is okay in a crate but has no anxiety if left alone. She will just wait by the door until you come back. She is a champ taking her insulin shot in the morning and will gobble up any food you give her. BB is a bundle of joy and love and you cannot help but be inspired by her positivity. She makes you feel so loved and appreciated and would be the perfect addition to any home. In a nutshell, BB is SWEET; HAPPY; LOVING; CUDDLY; CALM; QUIET; HUNGRY; PATIENT; RESILIENT. Behold the future apple-of-your-eye--Bella! Bella is 10yr old Pit-mix, who is an extremely smart, and well behaved older female dog. She is just looking for a low-key, low energy home to live out her Golden Years. Despite her age, Bella still likes to go for walks, a few times a week, but nothing too long or strenuous. She loves being outside in a nice fenced back yard, or can find a few toys tooccupy her time when inside, at home. Bella is house trained, crate trained, comes when she is called, and walks on leash (or harness) w/out issues. Most of all-Bella LOVES her people around her. Whether she wants to rest her head in your lap, is enjoying some one-on-one cuddle time, or is just in the same room with you-she is content. If there might be other dogs around the hone-an introduction with Bella is a MUST.... She is still working on her socializing skills. The ideal home for this gorgeous gal is with minimal noise, older or no kids, a strong, semi-active owner, a secure yard, and nothing but an abundance of love to give. Meet Drax! While he is as burly as his namesake, all Drax wants is a cuddle buddy who will give him all the belly rubs. Drax is about 4 years old and about 52 pounds, and has the cutest speckled coat ever. He loves to play with toys, especially those with squeakies, and will even jump in the air to catch them-because nothing goes over his head. Drax does well in his crate and is quickly mastering skills like sit in his foster home, but still needs some work on the leash. He can be a chill lap dog, but also loves to run and fetch. Drax gets along fine with the other dogs in his foster home, but would also be fine with being an only dog so all the toys and attention can be his. He would do best in a house with no cats though. Sometimes Drax doesn't know how big he is, so may not be the best fit for a house with young children, but if everyone is over about 10, bring them on! Are you his forever cuddle partner? Say hello to Elijah! This ten-year-old pit bull is a total sweetheart who loves to sleep. In fact, his foster mom says if he were one of the Seven Dwarves, he would be Sleepy! He would love to rest his head in his forever home. Elijah is a great cuddler. He loves being by his humans at all times, but also enjoys a break from them to lay in the grass or dirt. He is blind but hears pretty well, so slow introductions are a must for him. But once he knows someone, he's a friend for life! Elijah is housetrained and does well on a leash once he gets comfortable with his surroundings. He also gets along well with other dogs and kids, but only with a slow introduction so he's not startled or scared. Elijah is a very affectionate boy who will wander around the house looking for his people, and then is so happy when he finds them. An ideal home for him would be a relaxed one so he's not startled. He loves bonding with his humans so he'd love a family that could be with him most of the time. This old boy deserves the perfect forever home. Could that be with you? Apply to adopt Elijah today! This pet is available for pre-adoption and may not be officially ready for adoption, as it is still undergoing medical treatment.
