Oh hai, it`s Chucho! Just one of the cutest pups you`ve probably ever seen! And bonus - he`s one of the sweetest too! We`ve been working with Chucho since he arrived as a stray back in October, and we are pretty sure he has some vision issues going on that affect his balance. He may even have some neurological issues as well. These types of issues are easily managed once you have a plan, and his advocates at the Orange Dot Crew will cover the cost of a veterinary visit to get you the info you need to keep Chucho happy and healthy!Chucho doesn`t let any of this get in his way of having fun! He loves sniffing all the smells on his walkies, eating treats), and getting affection from his friends. Chucho has also visited a home for some training sessions and he has made quite the impression on our trainer. She said that he is very lovely inside the home and incredibly endearing to hang out with. Chucho is also super-duper housetrained and we suspect that will translate to a new home.We think Chucho would benefit from a home with a playful canine buddy, but since he can get mouthy & jumpy when he gets excited, we are recommending a child-free home. Chucho also had some anxiety in his last foster home. This is normal for any dog when they are switching environments, but the veterinarian visit can address this as well. If you`re patient and open to work through Chucho`s issues with him and shower him with love, please reach out. Chucho will go home with support from the Orange Dot Crew, a goody bag of enrichment items, and free training support thanks to Friends of AAC!
