He is unfriendly towards any animals near the property that he does not know. Ejay is good kids and people in the home but takes a little bit to get used to outsiders and will bark if anyone enters the home. He would be perfect in a quiet home with a dedicated owner who could work with him on his behavioral issues. He is crate and house trained. Ejay has allergies that require either a monthly shot or daily oral medication along with medicated baths. The allergies cause redness of the skin along with itchiness and once the shot wears off, a slight odor indicating he needs his next dose will peak through. He is very respectful and polite to us, and has a very strong trust with me. When he feels uneasy he clings to me for some balance to ensure everything is okay. We would be willing to help with some of the expense of his allergy medications if needed. They arent that expensive, but we know itâs tough right now, and we just want him to have what he needs.
