We are an all volunteer not for profit group that rescues as many stray and abandoned animals that we can accomodate. Our Vice President and consuting veterinarian is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Our animals are healthy and ready for adoption in all ways. We are small but believe in quality not quantity, and we therefore know our animals and can make the right match for both people and pet. Our plans and dreams are on our website under 'About Us'.

If we feel the home is worth the trip, we will adopt out of state, however our dogs are from NYC!

We have a committee to screen all applicants carefully. There is a pre-adoption form to fill out and an adoption agreement. The fee to adopt cats is $150.00 the fee to adopt dogs is $250.00. Kittens are never adopted alone, there has to be another cat in the household, or 2 have to go together, screens are a must. Pets have to sleep with the family, not separated. Yards have to have a 6 foot fence and dogs have to be leashed at all times, unless in a safe controlled area. All our animals are microchipped.
