Allen came to The Anti-Cruelty Society after a sanitation worker found him in the garbage. The worker gave Allen to a concerned neighbor, who brought him to us for care. Allen is a sweet, friendly kitten who has been socialized to people and other cats. Now he's ready to find his loving, forever home.It is hard to resist the cuteness level of a kitten. If you think you are ready to add a new kitten to your family, remember a few things: kittens have lots of energy, and want to play, wrestle, climb, and explore all day long. Kittens thrive on having another cat or kitten to keep them entertained, as they can get lonely when their favorite people are away from the house. Kittens have not yet learned manners, so they will need someone to teach them important skills like how to use a scratching post, and that curtain climbing will probably not be allowed in their new home. Bean is currently living in a foster home and is still available for adoption! If you think your home is a good match for this rabbit, please complete our virtual adoption application by coping and pasting this link (https://forms.gle/myECnaESx8E1QbHk9) into your internet search bar, and a member of our adoption team will follow-up with you regarding next steps. Bean (A43741457) was surrendered to The Anti-Cruelty Society because his owner's family member was allergic to him. Bean's breed is Dutch mix, which is one of the oldest and most popular breeds in the world! Bean is a friendly and social rabbit that loves attention. He is athletic and loves jumping onto tall, solid objects like large boxes and his plastic bunny hutch. An ideal home would allow Bean freedom to roam in a bunny-proofed area, as rabbits are very curious and love to chew! Rabbit-proofing your home includes ensuring it's free from reachable cords, wires, houseplants, and any other potentially harmful items. Bean will need to be brushed weekly, have regular nail trims and he will also need a litter pan with paper-based litter, fresh water, 2 cups of daily of fresh, green veggies, unlimited amounts of hay, and 1/2 cup of pellets daily. He will also need rabbit toys, chews, and most importantly, love and attention from his family! show less
