Courtesy Post: Ariel, (AKA Mama Cat) is a beautiful  2 yr old tabby with absolutely beautiful markings!  When Ariel was rescued from a very horrific situation her rescuer quickly discovered that she was about to give birth. Shortly after finding safety, she became a mom to four beautiful kittens. She was the sweetest and best mom ever. Her 4 offspring were adopted quickly. Mama is now looking for HER FUREVER HOME! She loves people, and does well with other cats, and apparently dogs because she is currently fostered with other cats and a large dog. She loves attention and has much a wonderful and unique personality!!! She is still very playful, but can frisky and independent at times. Becky is approx 2 years old and 35 lbs.  She is good with other dogs and seems to be not interested in cats, but always a slow introduction is mandatory.   She is not super high energy and she plays in the yard and can entertain herself, and is happy to come in and take a nap after.  She is very friendly and loves meeting new people.   She will be a little shy at first but opens up very quick.   She is learning how to talk on a leash and will pull some, but she is doing better every day.    She enjoys car rides and gets in no problem.     She is a little nervous around loud noises.  Becky is incredibly sweet and very snuggly.  She just wants to be next to you.  She is funny because she is a snorter and will make silly noises when she is happy.    And she will make everyone laugh around her when she does it.     She is a great little girl and would love to be someones best friend.  If your interested, fill out an applicaiton on our website.Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! Hi all, my name is Bloop and I was fortunate enough to have a wonderful rescue pull me from deaths door our of a very crowded shelter in philly!! I have put on weight and I am a very happy pup and because I just love everyone, I developed a syndrome called "Happy Tail" in which I had to have half my tail removed because I wagged it to much and hitting in on everything! Who knew being so happy was an issue! I am 4 years old (we think) and weigh approx 40 lbs    I am kid, dog (with proper introductions) and cat friendly. I like slow introductions with new people but once I meet them, I am good to go. He has been with a foster who has said nothing but wonderful things about him.   He is living in a home with other dogs and loves being with them. He weighs 55 pounds and is a pure bred husky. He is an owner surrender due to the family losing their home. He is dog selective, so a home as an only pet will probably be best. He is house trained. He does okay waking a leash, but he will pull if something interests him. He loves to play and would benefit having a fenced in yard to exercise and play fetch in. He is good in the car! Bryn will be 2 on December 3rd.  She is 75lbs and is up to date on her shots as well as heart worm/flea & tick preventatives.  She does ok on a leash but loves to pull so a little work on the leash would be helpful.    She lives in a home with a 5 year old golden doodle and is good with her, but Bryn loves to play and the other dog does not want to play as much.   She has never been around cats.   She has lived with kids between 12-14 and older.  Never around small kids.  She is full of energy and doesn’t realize her strength so little kids may not be a good idea.  She loves the car.  She is housebroken but crated during the day.  . She sleeps in bed at night since she loves to snuggle.  She does love her crate tho.  It’s a huge crate because she’s a big girl.  She loves chewing on bones & toys.  She needs toys that will handle her tough jaw. She also needs a bigger yard to be able to run some of her energy off. Hi!  My name is Butters and I am looking for a forever home.  Me and two of my friends were surrendered by our owner's family after she had to move into an assisted living facility.  Lucky for us, BCAA said they would help us.  No one seems to know exactly what I am a mix of but the best guess is maybe yellow lab but I'm smaller than most.  I'm around 5 years old so past all of that puppy foolishness, and I only weigh a little over 26lbs so I can fit most anywhere.  I'm shy when I first meet new people and going into new situations but once I learn you're not going to hurt me, I love getting attention.  I have done well with most of the other dogs I have met both big and small and haven't paid any attention to the cats I've encountered.  I have done really well in my crate without any accidents or tearing up of bedding, and I love my food and getting treats which I take gently.  I'm not real good on a leash as I probably never had one on before so a fenced yard is recommended for me so I can run around and take care of business.  If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at http://www.bcaaofnj.org.Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! Crane was found in the streets of Philly with a broken jaw and was almost out of time.    BCAA stepped in and took him into rescue.    Crane is approximately 2 years old.    He has been in foster care for the last 2 months, recovering from having his mouth wired to fix the break, even in pain,  he was the sweetest boy.    He's very vocal and will tell you if you are late for meals.    He is very much a lap cat.    He will follow you everywhere always looking to be petted, there isn't a part on his body that you can't touch.    He appears to be fine with dogs, as long as they aren't big and barky.   He is up to date on his shots and is microchipped.     His foster mom keeps telling him he will never go back to the streets.  Let's get this boy adopted.    Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! Dani and Desi are approximaely 10 weeks old sisters and approximately 12 lbs each. They were found abandoned in a field and luckily found by a good samaritan who reached out to rescue to help find them loving forever homes. We do not know their breed but best guess is Shepherd possibly mixed with Husky. They will most likely grow to be medium to large sized adult dogs.  One thing for sure is they are just as cute as can be. They are sweet, loving pups who will need all the basic puppy training and lots of love.
