If you are seriously interested in an animal, we ask that you first fill out an application, tailsofrescue.org  This will be the first step to gaining more information about the animal as well as allow us to know a little bit about you.   Churro is about a year old female chihauhau.  She came from Mexico as a stray.  Churro weights about 7 pounds and could have ear infections during her life.  She came to us with massive ear infections and after treating her ear canals are barley ope, yes she can hear.  This girl is still so shy and needs a dog buddy to continue to bring her out of her shell.   Spayed/Neuiterd, micro chipped, heartworm negative (if of age), dhpp shots, kennel cough vacs., and one year rabies is completed.  Adoption fee is $300  We are NOT a first-come-first to adopt a rescue, the best fit for the family and dog is the way we do things.  We do out of town adoptions often, but will not ship animals must come to Redding for pick up. show less

If you are seriously interested in an animal, we ask that you first fill out an application, tailsofrescue.org  This will be the first step to gaining more information about the animal as well as allow us to know a little bit about you.   Seven was a stray that came into a shelter so we do not know his background.  It does take about a week to earn his trust and then the most loyal boy you will find.  He loves is foster mom and the other dogs in the house.  NO children for this nervouse little man.  Cats are really unknown guessing he would be great then when out of his shell he would chase..  Extremly loyal boy!  weights about 8 pounds and around 5 years old.   Spayed/Neuiterd, micro chipped, heartworm negative (if of age), dhpp shots, kennel cough vacs., and one year rabies is completed.  Adoption fee is $300  We are NOT a first-come-first to adopt a rescue, the best fit for the family and dog is the way we do things.  We do out of town adoptions often, but will not ship animals must come to Redding for pick up. show less
