Ajay is a pittie mix approx. 2 years old. He is about 50lb and fully grown. He is a sweet boy, good with other dogs. He LOVES to run, jump and play. He would be a great running buddy. He is with our South Carolina boarding partner and will be available for adoption mid January. He is unable to be tested with cats or children due to being in boarding. Axel is an absolute sweetheart but shy at first. He will be approx 5mo old when he makes his way to New England at the end of January. He is about 45lb, what the vet thinks a collie x pitie mix, and will be a medium to large dog when fully grown. He loves other dogs and puppies and will play all day long! His forever family needs to be active and committed to obedience training, maybe even agility. Due to being with our Georgia boarding partner, he cannot be tested with kids or cats.   Please note: We do not have a physical facility and the dogs are not located in Hudson, NH. Belle is approx. 2 years old, a cattle dog mix, about 30lb and looking for her forever home! She is just about done nursing her ice cream pups and will be getting spayed so she can head from Texas to New England mid to late January. She is good with other dogs and children over 6 (not tested with younger kids). Her foster does not have cats to test her with. Belle's foster mom has multiple small adult dogs that Belle does well with. She is a very sweet, loving pup and would do best with an active family committed to proper training for heeler mixes. These Sweet Babies are the Ice Cream Litter, they were rescued when they were only days old with their Mom. Belle. They are doing fantastic in their Texas foster home and getting ready to travel to New England mid February for their forever homes! They get along with other dogs but their foster mom does not have kids to cats to test them with. As they will be under 4mo when they get here, they are young enough to be OK with kids/cats with proper introductions. The vet believes they are SharPei/Mastiff mixes and likely large size when fully grown. Apply today to pre adopt them at HarveysHope.org since these wrinkly babies will be scooped up quick! Hi! I am Benito but my foster mom calls me Benny for short. I love to bathe myself and others. I would do best with a submissive dog. When I first got to my Texas foster home, I would grumble under my breathe when another dog tried to get in the dog bed with me but now that I trust my siblings I'm doing much better. I do not like when other dogs come near my food bowl so I need to be fed alone. I am curious about the cat but I leave it alone, which does not mean I wouldn't chase your cat for a fun game of chase. My foster mom does not have kids to test me with but due to my breed, age and size I would like a home either without small kids or older ones who know how to treat a petite mister. I'm about 2-3 years old and under 15lb, which means I'll stay small forever. I can come to New England in January for the perfect family. Meet Benny! He is somewhere between 10-12 years old, 15-20lbs, and looking for his forever home. The vet believes he is some sort of hound, or maybe beagle, mix. Recently, Benny had an episode and we were informed he has a heart condition. His heart is enlarged but surgery is not an option at his age. From his foster mom: "Benny is one of the sweetest boys ever! Whoever adopts him will fall in love. He does have a little separation anxiety, and will bark for a while when left alone, even with other dogs in the house with him. He lets it be known he is not content without a human nearby. He is very loyal and bonds easily. When you leave him and return, he likes to vocalize his happiness for your return- he moans and groans while happily wagging his tail. He gets along well with all the other dogs and cats on my property. He is forever grateful for the teeth cleaning and dental. He is still healing from the removal of 11 teeth, but is capable of eating dry dog food, but really prefers a little canned food or yogurt added to his plate. He either sleeps in the bed with me or on the couch at night. If I take him to the barn with me, he follows every step I take, until he figures out I am not going to run off and leave him, then he relaxes and lays around either in the shade or sun. Benny is a great car buddy. He enjoys going for half mile or 50 mile rides, as long as someone will give him an ear rub every now and then. He is ok with older kids, men, women and cats." Blizzard is a 5 year old husky and weighs about 55 lbs. He is currently being fostered by a family who has a husky and dog-savvy children. Blizzard loves people, is very affectionate and is always happy to receive pets and give kisses. He is a great mix for a husky - excited to run around outside, where he loves to be, but quickly settles down in the house. Blizzard is working on house training, crate trained and walks well on a leash. He has not had an accident in a few weeks! He loves to chase a ball and play with dog toys. He is quickly learning basic commands and is a fast learner, especially when treats are involved! Blizzard needs an active family, who will walk or hike with him at least twice a day. His first response is to be tough with other dogs, but once he settles and sees the dog won't play until he backs off, he settles right in. He knows the sit command, is working on down and recall. He has also started running with his foster mom. He is in a training program and his adopter will need to be consistent and continue it. He prefers to sleep on the floor as opposed to a bed or crate. He is a vocal husky, he will bark to get a dog to play. He walks beautifully on a leash and has just begun running with his foster. Blizzard should be with another playful dog, one who runs and should also have large fenced in yard. He is not overly energetic, but will calm when the family is. He sits well in the car, our longest ride has been an hour. Given his high prey drive, he needs a home without small animals like cats. Helllo! My name is Bosco! I was picked up as a stray which the rescue thinks may be my momma. I'm somewhere between 10-12 months old, a pittie/hound mix, and just about 45b. They think I'll be a medium size dog when I'm a grown up. I'm good with other dogs and I let the feral cat on the property beat me up and I didn't react, but due to being in a foster without either, I am unable to be young children or properly cat tested. I did have a sleepover with kids around 5 years old and I didn't knock them over ! From my foster mom: Bosco is a happy, loving pointer/pit mix puppy. He’s energetic, but well-behaved. He’s house trained and only chews on his toys – not furniture or shoes. Bosco goes in his crate on his own and sleeps all night long. He’s a very social pup who likes to snuggle in the evenings. He’s friendly with other dogs and kids."
