About Cooper
Take a look at this happy hunk! We can’t hardly believe that Cooper hasn’t been scooped up yet, but some lucky person/family is definitely going to hit the jackpot with this boy! Cooper is an 8 year old boxer mix and we are not exaggerating in the slightest when we say that he is such a good boy! Cooper loves other dogs (both big and small, male and female), is super cat-friendly (and will even snuggle with the kitties who allow him to!), and absolutely adores his human friends. He has met several children and done very well, but he can sometimes be a bit anxious around young children/toddlers with their quick movements...so we would recommend a home with children who are old enough to understand that he’s not necessarily a young pup anymore and needs a bit of time/space to warm up. Cooper’s favorite activities include napping on the couch, cuddling the day away with his humans, and playing/exploring with his 4-legged foster siblings. He is also crate-trained and fully potty-trained. He would love nothing more than a forever family to provide him with endless snuggles, walks, attention, and the unconditional love he so deserves. Cooper does fall pretty hard for his people pretty quickly, so he does experience some separation anxiety when his humans aren’t around. He would really do best in a home where he would be able to be his person’s sidekick and not be left alone for longer periods of time. He is just searching for his perfect partner in crime...and we can’t wait to find that for him! He is such an incredibly happy and well-mannered boy, and we just can’t wait to see him flourish in his forever! 💙
