Alex is a sweet and very clever boy.  He is a shepard that is approximately two years old.  Prior to being rescued, this boy didn't get the human interaction he deserved, so Alex is now learning his manners and basic commands, but he is eager to please and learning quickly.  Alex needs a strong leader and will thrive with an experienced owner. As a typical shepard, Alex will need an active family that can give him the exercise and mental stimulation that shepards need. His new home will have to enjoy both exercise and training. Alex is a very high drive dog and will not do well in a home with cats or children.  Alex is heartworm positive and will be receiving treatment.  We ask that his adopters be local to the Savannah area and be willing to commit to bringing him to the monthly treatment sessions paid for by Renegade, to treat the heartworms.  Are you an active family looking for a handsome furry friend?  Apply today and meet Alex!!   show less

Bananas is a lovely gal approximately one year old.  As with most Shepard's, she is very intelligent and active.  She knows sit, down, crate, come, and has nice leash manners.  Due to her need for activity, we are looking for an active home that preferably has another dog for her to play with and to keep her company.  Her forever home should have a 6 foot tall fence, as this athletic gal can easily jump a four foot fence!!     Bananas is a very social girl and gets anxious when her humans leave her.  She would like a family that doesn't have the standard 8 hour work day because that is just too long for her to be without her humans!! He’s a sweet, creamy colored cutie who loves getting some quality sunbathing time, pets from literally anyone, playing with toys with his people for a little (mostly for them), and stealing a few licks of vegan chili when you leave your car.   Graceland is the sweetest smartest gray lady you’ll ever meet! After having 9 pups, she’s enjoying being the center of attention for once. She loves to play fetch, and soft, squeaky toys are her favorite. She LOVES to be cozy and comfy and is a great snuggler. Once she feels safe and knows she can trust you, she really comes out of her shell. She only barks to alert you of strange things, and she loves to yawn in the morning. We’re pretty sure she speaks fluent English, since she seems to understand EVERYTHING. You only have to tell this girl once. She’s entirely house broken and crate trained. However, she’s not a fan of being left alone. Who is?! Even though she’s fostering as an only child, she seems to tolerate cats and some other dogs. She’s great on a leash, and like a true Southern belle hates the cold and the rain. Always polite, she puts her paw on you to get your attention sometimes. She is a true gem. show less
