About Syl

Adoption Fee: $350.00

Syl is a very special dog.  We rescued him with his mother Mama Sue late last year.

He takes a while to warm up and become part of the family, but once he does, he is yours forever.  He is loving and happy, and loves other dogs and his persons.  He does need help with other introductions to people.  He becomes quite attached and protective.

He is not a mean dog, will just give strangers a deep bark and hackles up.

We are looking for an experienced adopter for Syl.  He is about 8 - 10 months.  Loves his toys and to run in the backyard.  He is up to date on vaccines, neutered and HW negative.

It’s me Mr. Brown.  This past August I was rescued from the streets of Houston.  The humans here have taken excellent care of me.  I have been neutered, treated for heartworms and given a cool and now warm place to sleep.  They even gave me a big comfortable bed.  I am so grateful that I don’t even chew the bed up, nor do I potty in my kennel.  They take me out to play – I love to run.  I know how lucky I am, but here is my Christmas Wish Santa, because I have been a GOOD boy…. I want a family of my very own.  I don’t need much – just some humans, that will love me and let me sit in their laps.  Humans that don’t mind me playing with my toys – the softer and squeakier the better.  I will even play fetch with them for a little bit, if you help me find them.  The humans can even have older kids – I can’t seem to help myself when the little ones have treats – I have been know to “snatch or steal” their treats….Its an instinct. What can I say?  Plus my 86 pounds might knock a little one over.  So Santa, can you see if there is a family out there that is missing something – a home with no other dogs or cats where I can stroll in, and bestow ALL my love on them?  I can’t stop my tail from wagging; I am so excited about finding a family that will love me forever.  I am only 5 years old, so I have plenty of life and love to give. I will meet with any family to show them how good I am.  Just have them contact to make the arrangements.   Thanks Santa, Love Mr. Brown     show less
