Amelia came into rescue with 5 tiny kittens of her own and then took in two orphaned kittens who needed a mom!  She was an amazing momma to all of them.  They are all weaned and ready for homes of thier own.  Amelia is very sweet and a little subdued. She’s pretty laid back and enjoys being petted. She tolerates being held well, but I wouldn’t call her snuggly, but of course that could change when she has a home of her own! One funny quirk about her, she loves bread, like a lot!  Her future home will want to ensure that all bread and bread-like products are stowed away! Overall, she has a very sweet disposition and other than trying to steal bread, she doesn’t get into too much trouble. :)  Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, testing for Feline Leukemia, age appropirate vaccines, deworming, flea prevention and a microchip with a lifetime registration.  show less

Anise is an adorable Torbie girl with the cutest stripy legs.  She was rescued from a property with more than 30 other cats.  Thankfully, there was a nice lady who was feeding and caring for them the best that she could so they are very used to people. Anise is such a sweet and friendly girl who loves meeting new people.  She will come right up and rub on your legs and ask to be picked up.  She would love to finally have a home of her own and be a spoiled indoor kitty.  She is Feline Leukemia postive so she would love to be adopted with one of her Feline Leukemia positive buddies. Athena and her little family were rescued from death row at a pound just three days from being euthanized together. She is the best of both worlds: She is sweet, patient, and loves to snuggle - she will reach out and tap you to get your attention, but she is still young at around a year old and plays like a kitten. She loves her toys and uses her scratching post. Athena is also litter box trained; in fact, she thinks litter boxes are SO amazing that she celebrates every time she uses one, so it is advisable to get her a hooded litter box! She is not very fond of other adult cats or dogs, but she has a special bond with her daughter, Astraea, who looks just like her (down to the "flame" at the tips of their tails) and is her best friend. We would love to see Athena and Astraea adopted together, as they have an extraordinary bond that is amazing to see.  Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, testing for Feline Leukemia, age appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea prevention and a microchip with a lifetime registration. Sweet little Beyonce is one of the Pop Star Kittens and is just adorable. She was the runt and has the cutest little round face and tiny ears. She and her siblings were found all huddled up by a dumpster when they were tiny kittens. Thankfully, we had a foster with space and they were able to grow up knowing love and care. They wer all very shy at first, but thier foster did a wonderful job socializing them. They are now good with dogs and cats and once they get to know you a little are just the sweetest kittens. Beyonce loves to run and play with her brother Justin Timberlake and then cuddle up and nap together. They would love to find a home together, or at least have another cat or dog in their new home so they can always have a buddy to play with. Carolyn was born to a feral mother near St. Louis, but when her caregivers found out the area she was living in would soon be under construction for a new building, they knew they had to act fast.  When she was only a few months old, Carolyn was trapped and brought to safety, but due to limited release options for feral cats, Carolyn spent 2 years living in a large cage.  Her caretaker knew she deserved better and found Eden Animal Haven for Carolyn to live out her life.  After much patience and love, Carolyn has now come out of her shell and has learned that she can trust people.  She does tend to be a bit shy at first, but would adapt well to a quiet home environment.  Carolyn is a very gentle and petite little girl who loves pets and chin scratches.  She gets along very well with other cats and laid-back dogs.  Carolyn would love to find a family who will be patient since it takes a while for her to feel safe.  In return, Carolyn will show you just how rewarding it can be to offer a forever home to a cat who never had one.  Carolyn's adoption fee has recently been reduced since she has been waiting for an adoptive family for a long time.  Could you be the loving family that can give that to this sweet girl? My name is Chrissy, and I am a sweet and playful little girl!  I was rescued from the Bolivar Pound with my mom and 2 siblings when I was only a few days old.  We came to Eden Animal Haven and I have been adopted with my sister, Janet, twice.  We were returned both times due to issues that were not our fault.  My back is a bit sensitive and an x-ray revealed mild damage to my spine that could have been caused from rough handling from my first adoptive home.  That does not stop me from being affectionate and loving, and can even be quite playful.  I am not giving up on finding a family, one in which I will be handled with TLC and get lots of love and attention.  I am looking for an adoptive family that will keep me safe and sound as an indoor pet.  My adoption fee has been sponsored in the hopes that I will be adopted soon.  Could you be the furever family that I've been waiting for?  show less

Coltona is a super sweet girl!  Coltona, her mom, and 3 siblings were left abandoned after their family moved when Coltona was only a few weeks old.  Thankfully, a kind family worked hard to get them all safe and to Eden Animal Haven!  She is very playful, loves food, loves to snuggle, and loves toys.
