BREED EXPERIENCED owners only. Mastiff lovers can apply to adopt this SPECTACULAR dog. To know Little Diddles is to become besotted with him. Little Diddles is a 7 year old 70 pound Neapolitan Mastiff, a breed known as the gentle giant who loves their families fiercely and unconditionally and is not afraid to show it. This breed is known to be a heavy-boned, massive, an awe inspiring dog Little Diddles moves are slow, gentle, easy and classic. So quiet in his kennel at the hospital, lying down and watching the activity pass him, he's ready when everyone else is, getting up to be easily leashed. Lovely on leash, his tail wags slightly when we talk to him, and outside he eyes the other dogs quietly, hoping for a playdate. So respectful! He greets politely and offers paw slaps to solicit play. Prior to us, Little Diddles didn't live the best life. 6 weeks ago he was found with a broken spirit,  Beautiful, soft and mellow eyes survey his new environment, he takes it all in. His eyes seem to say, I've done a lot, and experienced much and am ready to settle down to be the pampered pet I've always wanted to be. He's a gem, enjoying a good massage from a vet tech, going nose to nose and wagging his tail gently at dogs and cats that run up to him, and has that mellow, sweet disposition that calls out 'this is best friend material'. Diddles passed his dog and cat tests with flying colors. All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption.
