About Tubbs

Tubbs was rescued from the San Bernardino Shelter.  He was a stray and brought in with his sister who was adopted from there.

Tubbs is approximately 5 months young and weighs 13lbs.   With his short legs and long body we believe he is a Dacshund Mix.   He is a happy, playful pup and learning the basics.  After one day he figured out where to go potty outside.  He likes to play with toys and throw them around.  He can keep himself occupied for hours.   He is currently being crate trained.   He is a puppy and will need time and patience and someone who is going to show him good behaviors.   He is a cuddler and a kisser!

Tubbs is ready to make some family very happy. He is available for adoption now so if you would like to be making memories with this cutie, complete an application: http://petstablished.com/adoption_form/4362/generic

Brooklyn was rescued from a shelter in San Bernardino.  Brooklyn (Brookie) is approximately 8 years old and weighs about 35 lbs.  Brookie is a semi feral dog.  we believe her breed is a Labrador/Dachschund Mix.  We have had her a while and never posted her because she is amazing with other dogs and she is who we use to temp test dogs and we have just let her be.   We have worked with her off and on but just recently we started working with her more because we have had the time to focus on her and she is making great progress.  We can pet her and leash her.  She is doing great on the leash.  Brooklyn will jump up on the couch and she will relax and we can pet her.   She takes treats from our hand and follows us around.   She will jump up on the back of our legs for attention.  She wants the attention and love so bad but doesn’t know how to receive it.  She jumps up on the bed and she will nudge my hand and roll over for me to pet her belly.  We are looking for an adopter for her that will take the time to work with her.  Brooklyn is a very special girl to us. She would do best in a home with at least one other dog and a yard.   Her best furfriend is Molly who is also available for adoption.  Brooklyn is ready to make some family very happy. She is available for adoption now so if you would like to be making memories with Brookie, complete an application: http://petstablished.com/adoption_form/4362/generic show less

From Cass' Foster Dad Cass Elliot is a border collie mix (we think — awaiting results from Wisdom!)  She is tall and long and lanky like a supermodel. She’s got long fringe on her legs and feet — sometimes it looks like she’s walking in fuzzy slippers. She’s dorky and comical, lanky and sometimes clumsy, but above all else, she is the most loving and affectionate dog I’ve ever met. Wants to be with you at all times. I fostered her in order to save her life — she was about to be euthanized in San Bernardino. Her beauty captivated me. She loves to cuddle and snuggle, and bat you with her big paws. Sometimes we play patty cake. She has never once had an accident in the house. The only challenge is that she is dog reactive. I’ve hired a private trainer to work with her on leash aggression. She’s smart and responsive. Not much is known on her background, but she does have a few old battle scars on her head and body if you look closely. Possibly from fights on the mean streets or in the kennel. We’re doing our best to work all of that out of her — and so far she is responding well, learning boundaries, and giving back a lot of love. She needs a yard or lots of exercise and walks. Give her a job to do — whether it’s toys or going for a nice long walk — and she will be the best friend you ever had.  show less
