Although it can be hard to keep her in one place for cuddles, she is always by your side with one paw touching for safekeeping. She loves to play fight and sometimes has trouble understanding when not to bite, but her bites are very rarely painful. An experienced cat owner to correct this behavior is preferred! She is a true oddball who rarely purrs, wags her tail, and responds well to her name. She will give a ton of love to anyone who likes to roughhouse as much as she does! Lucy: 8 yr old spayed female, $150 as bonded pair with brother Olaf Olaf and Lucy are an eight-year-old bonded brother and sister pair who look like they could be the little helpers of a wizard in a magical forest. They were surrendered because Olaf began peeing outside of his litter box. The previous owners attributed this behavior to a newborn baby and a move to a different house. After 14 months of trying other alternatives, they decided Lucy and Olaf would be happier in a quieter home. In the 6 weeks that they’ve been in foster care, Olaf has only peed outside the litter box twice, both during his first week. Olaf is a 14-lb gentle bear. He tolerates being held and cuddled. He loves attention. He always has this serious look on his face. He will knead the dough on his foster mom’s belly, and then climb up and perch there. He tolerates having his nails trimmed.  Lucy is the cutest little creature ever! She is a little sassy pants! She doesn’t like being held, or sitting in laps, but she enjoys attention like being petted and brushed, and she loves telling you all about her day.  They can be picky with food. We are still working on transitioning their diets from a supermarket brand to the brand we feed the rest of our cats (Blue Buffalo). Please be aware that they both have long, flowy hair that requires daily brushing. They currently shed quite a bit due to seasonal and diet changes.   Lucy is very easygoing, but Olaf might have some difficulty adjusting to a new environment. He was on an appetite stimulant for about a week after arriving at his fosters’ house. But since the first week, he has been doing very well. Luna: ~2.5 year old spayed female, $100 Luna is quiet, mellow, easy-going, and non-territorial. She can be kind of shy and timid with humans, but give her a couple cat friends and she's set! She chases them around,  grooms them, and is basically always with one of her foster siblings, so Luna would love to find a home with at least one kitty friend! She will LET you carry her around although she doesn't love to be picked up. She sleeps between her foster parents at night. She comes to them when they watch tv and are working at their desk. She is especially affectionate and vocal when she wants to eat. A water fountain is a must for her! A quiet home will work best for her since she has a quiet personality. Marlon: ~1 year old neutered male, $200 Marlon is THE sweetest guy who loves to spend time with his human companions (total lap cat), but also loves playtime with other kitties & is fine with dogs. We would love to find him a home with a cat friend... he goes full WWE, so this friend has to be tolerant of a wild brother! He is a handsome purr machine! He is quiet & chill for the most part, but can get super playful! He has environmental allergies which cause him to get sores on his face, so he has to stay on Atopica (a daily oral medication). A 17ml bottle of this medication is about $125 and lasts around 2 months, so please only apply if you are financial prepared. He has a wobbly back end, but the vets say he is perfectly healthy and it doesn't bother him at all. This poor guy has been in foster for so long as we tried to figure out his allergies. She can be skittish and a little hesitant to approach at first, so giving her a space to hide is ideal, but when she warms up, she wants lots and lots of scratches. She loves to be petted behind her ears and under her chin. She'll give you little chirps to let you know what she needs, and sweet little kisses as you pet her. She is an explorer, and wants a chance to take in everything.  She appreciates her vertical space, so she would love a good cat tower. If you're in a cozy spot, she may come and lay on your chest for some extra petting opportunity-once she's comfortable she loves to cuddle. She'll also reach a paw out if she wants some extra attention. She is declawed in the front. We do not condone this, but it was done by a previous owner. She needs to be an only-kitty.
