About Dodger
Do you ever wonder how dog's get their names; well Dodger got his because he was rescued by a Good Samaritan while “dodging” four lanes of traffic. Quite an "exciting" way to get your name! Now, that he is safe and secure, we learning what an awesome doggo he is! For example, he does great in doggie daycare; gets along well with other dogs. He loves to “ruff” house with equally playful doggie friends.
Do you love daily walks? Dodger is godd on a leash and has a lot of positive energy to burn on long walks or jogs, so what an awesome partner he will be for you! He is super sweet and truly a lovebug at heart. Dodger can easily be described as a sweet, friendly gentle boy. He will make a such a great companion. He could like be in an only dog or would love to have some playful doggie friends in his fur-ever home! If you don't have another playful pup for him to romp and roll with, make sure you have time to have several play sessions a day. He likes toys to squeak, chew, a play tug and fetch with (no promises he will bring it right back, though).
He gets very excited when he sees new dogs and people so expect him to be "talking a lot" to get everyone's attention. We are working on this but it's just hard for him to contian his happiness.
