Sept 2020 Axelrod (Siamese) and his brother Wags are handsome little men looking for a patient and quiet home. These boys came to us as Feral Kittens and have been in foster care being socialized for several months now. Wags is just about fully socialized whereas Axle is still a little timid of his surroundings. While they are not 110% ready for a new home anyone considering them would need to provide a stable, quiet environment . They are sweet boys just needing to learn love and trust from a kind patient family . They would be fine with other cats, but kids and dogs would be too much for them. Whoever is interested in them MUST understand that they will take time and will not be super social lap cats at first . They are very food motivated and eat out of my hand , and allow petting while purring. Miss Baya came from our orchard project. She went from a scared kitty to a kitty that want to affectionately head butt you everytime she is near you. Shortly after she will roll over onto her back and beg for belly rubs. She makes ti her mission to search out her people and beg for belly rubs. She gets along wonderfully with other cats. Everyone give a warm, friendly hello to Beaufort!!   I like to think of Beaufort as the greeter of the house.  He's a socialite that loves to meet everyone that enters.  Despite his estimated age, he's not a boring cat.  He's always on the move exploring the house and checking in on it's occupants!  He loves attention, affection, and is also cat friendly!  Put your application in today for this dapper gentleman!   A bit of history on this social butterfly ... When beautiful Beaufort came to us he had what is called pillowfoot.  This happens when the pads of the feet are cracked open and it leads to a swollen and mushy look to them, thus "pillowfoot".  After some meds , time and TLC, we're happy to say he is ALL better now and ready for his fur-ever home!  He's a gentle and loving boy in search of a lap and adventure to call his own! show less

Meet Bijou & Mica! How do I sum these two up in just a few short sentences ? What an adorable duo they are! Bijou is a tiny little tabby powerhouse. She is definitely in charge and rules the sibling roost - from eating the rest of Mica’s food to showing him how to be brave and that he doesn’t have to be afraid of new things! These two were trapped behind a local diner as feral kittens. They came to us scared of humans - hissing, hiding and ears pinned back. It’s hard to imagine and very sad to think they were originally destined for a scared life on the streets struggling. After lots of love, TLC, food and patience - Bijou (who seemed MORE unwilling of the duo!) started to show signs of letting her guard down. That moment is where our love story begins! Bijou is absolutely adorable. She rolls over for belly rubs, follows and nuzzles my hand for pets and is just the sweetest little quirky tabby baby!! She LOVES crinkle toys and feather wands! Mica is still a little shy with new people - he is very much the chill, mellow, laid back type. He and Bijou love to wrestle each other - but often be can be found laying next to their foster mentor (cat) Bruno just watching birds out the window. These two are the best of outgoing and active with laid back and mellow - the best of both worlds in 2 super adorable packages ! They live for their push ups snacks and their temptation treats before bed! No kids, small dogs may be okay. They LOVE friendly, welcoming cats!! They would love a kitty friend to show them the ropes. These babies are so special, I’m so in love. Anyone would be lucky to have them- when given some patience and love they will blossom into the Purrfect addition to your family! show less

Cameron was apart of a litter of 4 that were living in a woodpile! He is a sweet, shy boy, who passed the crazy kitten stage. He absolutely loves belly rubs and pets! He’s had some medical issues-- stomatitis and has had all his teeth removed, but he has no issues eating dry food or treats! Cameron had a $5000 dental surgery to improve his quality of life. He was suffering and unable to eat because of the pain. He also has sinusitis which causes him to sneeze a lot. Now this boy is ready for his forever home!  He is a long term foster of 3 years and patiently waiting for his family. show less

Sage, Paprika, Nutmeg & Clove were brought into rescue in 2012 as bottle babies. They were all adopted into one home. Fast forward to 2015 - their owner was moving and not going to take them with her.  Clove is now the only one of her siblings still looking for a home.  She is a very sweet girl and has made best friends with her foster sister, Buffy.  They are both a little shy as they have been let down by humans in the past but once they warm up to you, especially Clove she will be rolling all over you.  Clove loves other cats and is often found cuddling with Buffy.  She deserves a home that will truly be her forever home! show less

Hi Five! Five is a sweet and spunky tuxedo girl with oh-so silky fur and whiskers for miles! Since being rescued, Five has learned to trust people and now enjoys being pet and her favorite place to nap is in bed with you. Five loves to chase her toy mice and wrestle with her bonded brother, Klaus. Five will need a quieter, patient home with a special family who will continue to bring him out of her shell. Five also enjoys the company of older, friendly cats who help him be reassured and confident. Welcome home these two sweet babies and experience for yourself what a joy it is to earn their trust!   This litter currently tested positive for FIV+, however, at this age they could still retest negative as they get older. Kittens can have the antibodies from their mom and not truly be positive. At this point they are being listed as having FIV+ but this should not hold you back from falling in love. These adorable kittens live with FIV- cats peacefully with no worries of transmitting from sharing water or food bowls , grooming or litter boxes, etc. FIV is spread through DEEP wound bites and should not be a concern with your pets. That kind of fighting is typically seen in colony cats who fight for territory, food and mating.
