Hello! My name is Ana, and I am around 10 months old and 35 lbs. My foster mom calls me 'Pretty Girl' or "Wiggle Butt' because when my tail wags, my whole back end wags too. I know my pictures look like I'm grumpy, I have the cutest underbite. It doesn't bother me and my ability to eat, sleep and play.  I'm currently living with my foster brothers and absolutely love them. They have taught me how to play fetch and my favorite, tug of war. I am super shy and reserved when around new people. Once I warm up, I will give you all the love and kisses you want.. and then time for zoomies! I know how to sit, walk well on the leash, and where to go when you say 'crate', and I do my business fast outside so we can hurry in for cuddles!  Since my previous male owner hurt me, my foster family feels that a home with a female presence would be the best for me. I can't wait to meet my new family!! show less

Meet Annie! This sweet girl is a blue heeler mix. She's around 25 pounds currently, but underweight. She was picked up as a starving stray on a lonely road. Annie is super friendly with everyone! She loves everyone she meets, including dogs and cats. Annie is around a year old and is full of energy. She likes to be with her people and cries when left behind. Annie would love to take walks with you, play with toys, and sleep in a comfy bed. Oh, and a yard to run around in would be fabulous! 🐾💛 She looks a little rough in these pics, but is gaining weight quickly. He’s playful and energetic with other dogs and he is getting more and more used to being led and handled. Since we had several Babies already on our account at the vet's office, we added Hutton. She is about 2 years old and weighs 20 pounds. Bianca is absolutely lovely! She's a retriever/lab mix, who's friendly with people and dogs. BUT,  she's terrified of the world.  Bianca was taken to the shelter in the back of a horse trailer. The person said they found her, but through some detective work, we discovered she actually belonged to that cowardly person. She's around a year old and had been living pretty much feral on their property until they brought her to the shelter. She doesn't know how to walk on the leash and is terrified to walk out of her kennel. She has to be picked up and carried around to move her and at about 60 pounds, it's rough! The girls are working with her and she's slowly getting better, but she needs a patient and experienced home to learn how to be a family dog. Once the switch has been flipped in her head, she'll be the most amazing dog. If you're interested in having a project dog that will need patience, love, and training to be the best she can be, consider Bianca! Hey there, folks! We're Boots and Slick, two beagles with a story that's seen its fair share of tough times but blossomed into something beautiful. Our journey began in a place we'd rather forget, where we were mistreated and confined to a tiny crate for most of the day. But guess what? We're survivors, and with the love and care of our current owner, we've come a long way.  Despite our rough start to life, we're the sweetest boys you'll ever meet. We've shown no signs of aggression and get along great with tiny humans, furry feline friends, and other doggies. We're a playful duo who love to run around, but when our human leaves, we need a cozy crate to help with that separation anxiety. Trust us, we don't like being apart for even a short walk – it just doesn't feel right. The good news is, we're totally quite and calm in our crate and don't carry on like many dogs of our breed would. Now, when it comes to meeting new faces, we're a bit shy, especially around men. But offer us some tasty treats, and you'll win our hearts in no time. We might bark and hide when we're scared at first, but there's never been a mean bone in our bodies. One more thing-- Our 3rd birthday is just around the corner on Thanksgiving and we hope to have a new home by then to celebrate!  So, that's us, Boots and Slick, living our best lives and proving that love can conquer all – even a rough start. What are we thankful for!? An opportunity to find a forever home for the holidays!! We came all the way to Pennsylvania from Kentucky to find our families🥰 There’s 9 of us, 2 boys and 7 girls! We are pretty petite, about 8 weeks old, and our breed is unknown, but we will be small/medium size when full grown and 100% cute 🐶 and 100% sweet! We love playing, eating, sleeping— just like your typical puppy! We get along great with other dogs, cats, and kids. 💞 Our demeanors would fit in with any family who is dedicated to teaching us and helping us grow into our best selves!!    Camila does have an umbilical hernia on her stomach. She was examined by a vet, and it currently is not a concern and does not seem to bother her. If she were to need it removed in the future, Cross Your Paws would cover that cost. In the meantime, she just needs to have her adopter keep an eye on her/it!
