Hi! I am Baby Spice, the last kitten left from the Spice Girls Litter since all my sisters have been adopted.  My foster mom calls me her perfect little kitten. I guess it's because I sleep with her everynight and greet her at the door when she comes home. I love my foster cat brother and I'm very curious about my foster dog sister. I love to explore, play with toys, and eat a lot. My favorite thing, though, is to cuddle with my foster mom and foster siblings.  At 4 weeks of age my siblings and I found ourselves orphans in Neola Iowa after our mom was hit by a car.  We were born under a storage container near an apartment building in town.  One of the apartment dwellers saw our mother had passed and brought us to safety.  He called FKP for help. My birthday is 5/15/2023. We do recommend applying for adoption before meeting our kittens.  If after meeting you believe you have met your new family member, you would be able to take them home the same day. My siblings and I are from Denison Iowa.  Our mother had gone missing and we were left alone.  A family member of the farmer who found us, bottle fed us until we could be brought into FKP.  Once we got to FKP a kind mother named Cynthia took us in as her own. Cheeto has been treated and cleared for FIP.  Cheeto does have the viral disease FIV and that cannot be treated.  He currently lives with several resident cats and does great.  He would do best with a friend.  He is a true nuturer.  Even when he was sick he made sure to love on everyone else int he household.  He loves to play chase with his brothers and takes good care of the sanctuary kitty Willa that lives with him.  He can't control his tongue.  Meaning he loves to groom everyone around him, cats and human alike.  If you don't mind a sandpaper tongue and want to have to sweetest soul on earth then Cheeto is your man.  He LOVES his canned food he gets at night. If you have questions about how to house an FIV+ cat with cats who are negative please reach out to us.  It is possible to have them live together. My birthday is 6/13/2022. Hi, I’m Donna and I am a calm and reserved girl; Denise and Douglas are my littermates.  I’m a beauty, buff tabby with deep orange eyes and soft fur.  I have come a long way in a few months; I used to be really scared and just ran away from humans.  Now I don’t run; I stay and get some petting and that revs up my PURRS.   Meeting strangers would be hard for me, I would need some time to warm up to you.  Of course, I am very sweet and gentle, and not so quick to run up to you and get in your business.  Food is a big motivator for me; I will come running when you open a can of food or something smells good (and I will be purring)! I love toys, just like all kittens, and love to play with humans and kittens.  I can be found sleeping on the cat tree by the window, on the floor sleeping in the sun, or just hanging on the couch.  There is a dog here that I don’t love, but don’t mind, as well as other adult cats and several kittens. I am more of a solitary kitty, and like to observe and take it all in.  But I am always ready for wrestling with my littermates and love to sleep in kitty piles with them of course. I was found in Shendoah Iowa where a rescue contacted FKP to see if they could take me in.  I was very pregnant at the time I became noticed.  By the time I was transferred to Nebraska my kittens were 4 days old.  Low energy cat, who loves to look out the window and watch birds, squirrels and people.  Good with other cats and dogs.  A few days later I agreed to take on another little black kitten that was about the same age to join my little family. She loves humans and will not pass an opportunity to cuddle and be petted! She seeks out her humans and rubs on legs, gets on laps, jumps on couch or bed just to be closer so you don’t have to bend down to pet.  She will nudge your hand to pet her, and flops over in front of you in loving trust. She is gorgeous black silky smooth with a thick luxurious coat.  Kittens are cute, but they act ridiculous and may destroy furniture, curtains, etc. They can be all over the place, and you may not get a calm temperament when they mature.  If you want a cat that is SO loving and cuddly, respectful, charming, quiet and polite – this is the cat for you!   Raven has bloomed with us. She was very scared and defensive when she arrived at our foster home. She was traumatized by other dogs and cats in her previously adopted home. We have a few adult cats here and one dog who is nice and accustomed to raising kittens. As Raven feels safe and has gotten loving, calm attention, she now tolerates other cats and the dog. But remember, all she wants is her peeps!   We love having Raven in our home but would love more for her to find her forever family that will love her for the delight and beauty she is. Raven isn’t comfortable with people she does not know, so she may be a little skittish upon meeting her. I promise, she is the best People Cat, and with time she will bloom as a part of your family. If you want a perfect companion who loves you endlessly and just wants to be near you, you have found her!  Update 2022. To no fault of her own Nora now known as Raven was returned to us.  She is a sweet adult girl who loves her humans.  She can be okay with dogs that have been around cats.  She was picked on by the dog in her previous household and that is why she was returned to us.  She would prefer to be the only cat and possibly the only pet in the home.  She is a very loyal girl and will constantly love back whomever loves her.  We were dropped at a farmers home in Norfolk Nebraska.  They tried to bottle feed us but it was just too intense for them to handle.  FKP was contacted and they took us in. My birthday is 10/26/2019. I am a very sweet girl.  I was shy at first but now I love to cuddle. I was trapped in a North Omaha neighborhood.  The community was feeding me as a stray.  When they noticed I was pregnant they new I needed help.  A FKP volunteer trapped me and took me into rescue. I am full of love to give.  I love food and to give kisses.  I have beautiful amber eyes and would be a great house panther for you. Sombra is very smart and loving  she asks for kisses oh so politely.  How can you resist this beautiful lady? Because Sombra was found as a stray she is still working on good litter box habits.  Her ideal litterbox should be large and covered.  She will go into the litter box but her aim is something she needs to work on.
