I came in with my 15 other friends, we were well taken care of and loved until our owner fell ill and couldn't do it anymore. Reeling you in for the biggest catch of your life! Hi, we're Tetra, Fischer, Betta, Angler, Splash, and Mako and we are swimming our way into your heart! We look to be a mix of German Shepherd/Lab, but the shelter isn't sure. We were found by a good person who is nice enough to foster us until the shelter has room! There may be other fish in the sea, but none as cute and adorable as us!  The results are in! Our breed test show we are 27% American Pit Bull Terrier, 25% German Shepherd, 12% American Staffordshire Terrier, 11% Bloodhound, 8% Labrador Retriever, 5% American Bulldog, 4% Boxer, 4% Basset Hound, 2% Boston Terrier, and 2% Chow Chow! Which equals out to be 100% very good dogs! Hello, my name is Astrid! I'm a sweet girl, but will take time to warm up so I can be a bit spicy at first. I was brought to the shelter after my owner passed away. I lived there with a bunch of my other cat friends! A sweet lady would come almost every day and feed us after our owner passed. Hi, we are the State puppies! We were found on the doorstep of a vet clinic and the wonderful people there were able to take us to the Humane Society so we could find our furever homes! We are adorable and appear that we will be a small/medium size dogs, probably weighing in at 30-40 lbs when we are all grown up. Our breed test shows that we are ½ Staffordshire Terrier with a mix of 11 other breeds and our relatives are just like our names – all over the place! Hi, I'm Bobbie! I'm a 5 year old Seal Point Siamese! As they say - - - I am Siamese if you please . . . I am Siamese if you don't please. And, I have all of the personality of a Siamese. I'm aloof when you first meet me. I might even bite you - but if you'll give me a chance, I warm up and become as loving as I can be (not saying that I will be lap cat like, but I will show you that I like you eventually lol). I am one of 20 cats from a licensed cattery. I'd been there all my life. I was well taken care of and loved until my owner fell ill and couldn't do it any more. She did what was best for us by allowing us to go to Polk County Humane Society so we can find a new home. We've not met a lot of different people in our lives, so we will take some time to warm up and get our confidence in a new home. You might be wondering why I'm showing up under Golden Retreiver. Well . . . that's because one of my siblings was breed tested and we are 1/2 Golden Retreiver. My other half is mostly Bulldog. We all look the same, so the people at the Humane Society were caught off guard. How could they have guessed that??? I certainly have the sweetness of my two primary breeds. And, won't you have fun having all your friends guess what I am. My littermate's breed test showed only 5 different dog breeds! I am 51% Golden Retriever, 32% American Bulldog, 15% Bulldog, 1% Boxer, and 1% American Staffordshire Terrier!
