Brooklyn was rescued from a shelter in San Bernardino.  Brooklyn (Brookie) is approximately 4 years old and weighs about 35 lbs.  Brookie is a semi feral dog.  we believe her breed is a Bassador.  We have had her a while and never posted her because she is amazing with other dogs and she is who we use to temp test dogs and we have just let her be.   We have worked with her off and on but just recently we started working with her more because we have had the time to focus on her and she is making great progress.  We can pet her and leash her.  She is doing great on the leash.  We can get her on the couch with a leash and she will relax and we can pet her.   She takes treats from our hand and follows us around.   She will jump up on the back of our legs for attention.  She is not a barker.  She wants the attention and love so bad but doesn’t know how to receive it.  She jumps up on the bed and she will nudge my hand and roll over for me to pet her belly.  We are looking for an adopter for her that will take the time to work with her.  Brooklyn is a very special girl to us. She would do best in a home with at least one other dog and a yard.   He best furfriend is Molly who is also available for adoption.  Brooklyn is ready to make some family very happy. Gobstopper is a dog meat trade survivor who came to us all the way from South Korea to join the ARF pack in search of his furever home.  Gobstopper is about 6 months young and weighs approximately 34 lbs. We believe his breed to be a American Eskimo Mix.  Gobstopper is very friendly and social.  He is learning the basics, walking good on a leash. He loves chasing balls.  We are assuming this is his first time playing with them. He is treat motivated, which makes it easier to train.  He would do well in any size home (apartment, condo, townhome, house) as long as he gets proper exercise.  Gobstopper is ready to make some family very happy. We believe her breed to be a Jindo Mix.  Hot Tamale is calm and would make a great companion dog.  Very low maintenance.   She is learning the basics and walks great on a leash. Martini is 10 months young and weighs approximately 50 lbs. We believe her breed to be a Labrador Retriever Mix.  Martini will be a little shy at first, but once she warms up she is friendly and social. Molly was rescued from a shelter in San Bernardino.  Molly is approximately 5 years and weighs about 45 lbs.  Molly is working on her socialization with people. She is friendly just very shy.  She is amazing with other dogs and is very easy going.  Recently we have started working with her more and she is making great progress.  We can corner her in an area and can leash her.  She is doing great on walks.  We can get her on the couch with a leash and she will relax and we can pet her and love on her.   She takes treats from our hand and follows us around.  She is not a barker. Meet Shasta! This little cutie has been waiting to meet her forever family since January of 2020. She was rescued from Riverside shelter with a back injury that left her unable to go to the bathroom without assistance. Shasta may need a little extra care but the process is relatively quick and easy (we are happy to answer any questions). Shasta wears a cute diaper inside but can walk, run & play outside without! Shasta's perfect home is with a dog savvy family ready to commit to her care. She is getting really good at leash walking and is working really hard at seeing other dogs while out. She can be reactive at times so a home without children or pets would be best.
