Rescue/Shelter Description
Little Boo Rescue of Ohio is a local nonprofit founded in June 2020 with a simple mission: Rescue, Recover and Educate. LBR is a fully volunteer-run, foster-based rescue that focuses on saving the lives of vulnerable cats and kittens and finding them safe and loving furrever homes. Little Boo's namesake is a sweet kitten named, you guessed it, Boo. Boo was found in such poor shape, that she was unable to recover. All our work honors her memory and is fueled by the hope that through our work, fewer cats will suffer as she did.

Adoption Instructions
We are able to take on a relatively small number of friendly cats and kittens to eventually adopt out. While we wish we could take on every cat that needs help, our small group of fosters can only host so many cats at a time. We also only take on cats or kittens that are suitable for re-homing; we do not attempt to socialize mature feral cats. If you have found abandoned kittens or a friendly stray, please reach out to us and we will determine if we have the capacity to house it and if the animal is suitable for indoor life. To adopt one of our cats or kittens, please fill out our adoption application. An adoption advisor will contact you within 24-48 hours of submitting your application. Thank you!
