Rescue/Shelter Description
We are a foster-based group in NM dedicated to assisting the most vulnerable animals: neonates, special needs, and those from under-served areas of NM. We strive to improve the quality of life of each pet while in our care and find best adoptive homes!
Areas Served
We cover the state of New Mexico and the Navajo nation which is Southern Utah, Northern Arizona, Southern Colorado and New Mexico. We also serve West Texas and Eastern Arizona. In addition, we take in special needs pets from Colorado, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico and Mexico. We work hand in hand with the Mia Foundation which rescues neonates born with cleft palates.
Adoption Instructions
For adoption inquiries, please fill out an adoption application. All of our pets are in foster homes in the greater Albuquerque area. The steps to getting a new furry friend include the completion of an adoption application, a home visit, and an adoption approval, along with the adoption fee. The adoption fees generally run between $100 and $250 and include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, chip, and age-appropriate vaccines. Fees may waiver depending on medical input or age. We look forward to helping you complete your family, soon.
